It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

The nearest shopping is about 3-4 km away. The Friedrichshafen trade fair is 5 km away. Lake Constance is about 8 km away.

It is an ideal starting point for day trips around Lake Constance or also for the numerous trade fairs and events here in the area.
