Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Obermaiselstein

We had a wonderful short vacation in Allgäu. Petra and Hartmut are super lovely people. The room and bath were very clean and cozy. We had a list of recommendations on what to do, where to eat, etc. Coffee maker and fridge were available, as well as cutlery and dishes, so you could have a nice breakfast every morning. We did it on the terrace with a great view. What should be noted is that all supermarkets close at 8 PM. All shopping should be done beforehand. The restaurant 2 minutes' walk away, Brauerei Gasthof Engelbräu, is also highly recommended. We didn't miss anything and we'd come back any time!

We spent 4 great days here with 6 people! The house is beautifully located, offers a wonderful view and is ideal for hiking trips or simply for switching off. The house is very large and spacious, each of us had a single room available, there are also many parking spaces and a bus stop is right by the house. The large terrace with BBQ and beach chairs as well as the light-flooded dining/living room are the gem of the house. The in-house, well-equipped fitness center, together with the sauna, is the icing on the cake! The kitchen is basically very well equipped, coffee machine including beans as well as microwave and toaster available. Vinegar/oil and many spices are also very helpful. Glasses, cutlery and dishes, as well as knives in all sizes are also there. Large refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher also great. The cleanliness was okay but not outstanding.

Very nice attic apartment, as described in the information, in an ideal environment. The old town is very easy to reach on foot and the surroundings offer everything you need. Both communication and check-in/ check-out were very straightforward. All in all highly recommended!

Had a great time at Ailine's place. Close to Lake Constance (i.e. Bodensee), Ravensburg and Friedrichshafen. Halfway between Munich and Freiburg (Black Forest) and 30-60 Minutes to Austria and Switzerland.

We rented the place for a company event (we needed 5 bedroom). The place is easily accessible, we all had a double bed. We had mentioned we wanted to use the BBQ if the weather would allow it. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the host and they had already started the fire pit for us to grill that evening. The living room and dining area was spacious and could accommodate all us of (5 adults) without problem.

Right from the start, Janin was "eating good cherries"😁 - consistently likeable communication, helpful and generously accommodating when it comes to pre-check-in and very late checkout 🫶🏻 The house has everything and more we needed for a nice family weekend! The location is ideally suited for hikes from the house. We come back to everyday life

Very nice, small apartment, which is cozily furnished and great for two people. The covered balcony overlooking the Rubihorn and Nebelhorn is a highlight! There is even a dishwasher in the kitchen, but there is not enough water in the kitchen and shower if both are operated at the same time or the toilet is flushed. For a few days you can come to terms with it. In Obermaiselstein there is no supermarket, which is why the location is fully ok by car, but without it is a bit out of the way.

There were two of us with a dog on site. The entire place seemed fully booked from our second day there, yet it wasn't crowded or loud. Both Alexander and his colleagues were very nice and helpful, even with questions about excursions in the area. The accommodation is very nice, on the first evening we even had the sauna all to ourselves, but I could imagine that you have to coordinate well there if the house is fully booked. In front of the house there are an incredible number of possibilities for children to play, go-karts, trampoline, toys of all kinds. We would therefore recommend the accommodation to both couples and families. With a dog, however, it is a bit difficult, as you only have one room, the living room, bedroom and kitchen in one and it is also difficult to go for a short walk with the dog within walking distance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!

Small but very nice. As a family of 4 (2 adults with 2 children aged 8 and 12), we felt very comfortable in the apartment. The description of the apartment is perfect In the swimming pool we were alone & also the use of the sauna worked perfectly. A plus for this apartment. In the bathroom there is enough hooks to hang wet clothes. The kitchen is small, but it is completely sufficient for preparing breakfast & for 1x noodles with tomato sauce. We were otherwise eating out. (Highly recommended the opposite Wiesenstadl - the liquid grill is a highlight) We would come back anytime.

we had a wonderful stay with Heidi and Elmar in Sulzberg. The apartment is lovingly furnished and very clean. We felt very comfortable. The only criticism: the house is a bit noisy. Nevertheless, we highly recommend a stay here! We were very happy about the homemade yeast braid!

The apartment is small but very cozy and lovingly furnished. Everything as described and we felt very comfortable. The mini shower takes a little getting used to, but in itself is not a problem. You can hike directly from the apartment in many directions. We were satisfied with our booking and so was our dog. 🤗

We really enjoyed our stay at Carola’s. We found the space to be better then expected and a good size for what we needed. It was spotless and it a great location

Everything was perfect, the welcome and the bedroom with excellent bedding, the location near the center. An excellent place in a beautiful area and village!

We have been to Monika's great apartment for the second time. The apartment has everything you need for two people. Monika welcomed us in a friendly way and always offered her help and asked if there was anything else we needed. We also received great tips from her and her husband for excursions and hikes. We certainly weren't in her apartment for the last time. ☺️

Really nice appartment perfectly located in Walenstadt. It's a two-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen and both roomy bathroom and living/diningroom. Highlight is the nice view from the living room as well as the outside area. Fully and well equipped: comfortable beds, the kitchen incl. dish-washing and coffee machines, living room featuring TV incl. gaming console, grill in the exterior area. Some details went beyond expectations: bathroom with pleasant toileteries, complete equipment to grill outside. Location is really convenient. Aprox 10 min walk from both the centre of Walenstadt, as well as from the lake and the big playground for the kids. The area is residential area, at the very end of street hence quite and reassuring for the kids playing outside. Michaela was a wonderful host, preparing the appartment up to details, and also answering questions and helping us to make the stay even more convenient. Looking forward to coming back soon!

There was nothing missing in the apartment. From scissors to dish soap and Zewa to several pillows and a comfortable bed to beautiful - not overloaded - decoration, not to mention the beautiful view of the mountains. For a weekend trip for two, the apartment and location are perfect. Diana and Frida were super friendly hosts who made us feel very welcome. Keep it up! :)

We had a really nice time at the accommodation in Oberstdorf! The apartment was very clean, cozy and exactly as in the description. The location is perfect – quietly located, but still close to the center and an ideal starting point for hikes and excursions to the mountains. Brenda was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach for questions. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. Glad to come back!

Beautiful apartment located right on the water. This was an amazing experience for my family. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy! We had an amazing time! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Amazing views and excellent location.

The apartment is great. Unfortunately, I was not well on arrival (we were only passing through on our way home) and then decided to drive home :-( Nevertheless, everyone was very sweet and understanding.

We stayed for 10 days in Thomas's beautiful and lovingly renovated apartment. We felt very welcome and really enjoyed our stay. Also highly recommended with a small child, it had everything from toys to children's cutlery and even a travel cot. We highly recommend the apartment.
