The distance to the valley station of the gondola can also be reached directly via the nearby ski run. Cross-country skiing trail in the immediate vicinity The center , indoor swimming pool or train station is about a 10-minute walk . Hiking trails lead directly from the house to Schwarzsee or via the Seidlalm on the Hahnenkamm.

Quiet, cosy furnished holiday apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, has about 45m and consists of, kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, wardrobe, 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery, a car is recommended. Living room and bedroom are plastered with clay, this leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3, 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.
