Ruhig und unweit des Funparks gelegene Souterrainwohnung mit charmanter Terrasse. Unsere 50m2 Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene + 2/3 Kinder oder max. 3 Erwachsene. Ausgestattet ist das Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Boxspringbett und im Wohn-/Essbereich befindet sich noch eine Schlafcouch (1,20mx2,0m). Das Haus wurde neu gebaut und befindet sich am Rande eines kleinen Waldes. Der Funpark ist fußläufig in 5mins erreichbar, Supermärkte erreicht man mit dem Auto in 5 mins.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Diese individuelle Ferienwohnung ist eine Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Eingang eines Architektenhauses im Bauhausstil. Die Wohnung ist für maximal 3 Personen geeignet und verfügt über alles, was man zum entspannten Wohnen benötigt. Die Wohnung wurde im Mai 2023 renoviert. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Teil von Zirndorf, mit Parkplätzen vor der Haustür und guter ÖPNV Anbindung.

Located in a suburb of Nuremberg, the 90 s.qm large & 3 room apartment (1st floor, stairs) can accommodate 4 persons & has 2 balconies. S-Bahn station Unterasbach reachable in about 3 min walking distance. You can reach Nuremberg-City (~10 min, S-Bahn), Airport (~25 min, S-Bahn, U-Bahn), Fair (~26 min, S-Bahn, U-Bahn), Ansbach (~32 min, S-Bahn), Südwestpark (~5 min, S-Bahn). Families: Please do not request as we will deny due to too many negative experiences.

Half-timbered house Hufschmiede "Ludwig Suite"

Our apartments in the approximately 500-year-old half-timbered house were completed in July 2024 and is located in the beautiful old town of Zirndorf. In the old hoof and wagon forge, on the ground floor is our delicatessen "Enjoy Pure" with wine stank. On the upper floor are our four apartments Unfortunately, we are not accessible, the stairs are steep, the doors are low. Those looking for the SPECIAL accommodation are absolutely right with us.

Romantic Historical Art Nouveau-Villa

No matter if you surch a lovely exhibition-apartment or want to explore the historical Nürnberg – in the 1900 build and today historic listed building “Stadtvilla Radlmaier“ you will feal for sure comfortable. Therefore will not only the soundproof windwows, the warm central heating, the excellent Wi-Fi connection and the wooden parquet floor care. Also the uncomplicated and safe parking on the privat parking place increase the livingcomfort.

The apartment is in the attic, is 55 square meters and has its own entrance through the stairwell, you DON'T have to walk through our private rooms. Good access to the city by bus, subway and S-Bahn is about 18 minutes away. Next to the front door is a key safe, so you can check in independently from 3 pm. I no longer live in the house, so it is very important to read all the information before you come. I can always be reached by phone.

Our cozy apartment in stone, 3 km from Nuremberg, is located in the middle of a beautiful garden on a forest path/nature reserve. On 2 terraces you can have breakfast in fine weather or relax next to the Asian garden. Pets are always welcome upon request .... but cost 15 euros for each animal one time .... Because of the higher cleaning effort...

The apartment is located in the beautiful old town of Fürth. Just around the corner is the "Gustavstraße" with many restaurants, cafés and bars. The U-Bahn [subway] station is only 200 meters away. Perfect location to explore Fürth and the surrounding cities.
