®HOAM House

The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. With its loft-style design, it's a great place to unwind and relax. Our highlight: a heated pool that is used as a hot tub in winter – with panoramic views of the Alps and close to Graz. Whether it’s a getaway for relaxation or a city break, you’ll find everything your heart desires here. The living space offers 2+2 beds (including Comfortable sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is shared with Schmoltis Chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to seeing you soon!

Holiday apartment in the heart of Styrian Zirbenland. Centrally located in the picturesque village of Obdach, located in the Murtal on the border between Styria and Carinthia. In winter, ideal for skiers and touring enthusiasts. Valley station Schilift Obdach Odach valley station about 500 m away In summer for hiking and nature lovers but also for motorsport fans. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
