We rented for our son who was studying abroad in Hanoi and Nhung was so kind to pick him up at the airport upon arrival and bring him to the apartment. She took great care of our son and was extremely responsive to any questions we had.

Ngoc is a fantastic host, with very quick replies and her apartment is a great place to stay if you would like to be close to all that you need in the old quarter of Hanoi whilst also having a private, relaxing and quiet place to go back to. Overall a 5 star experience!

such a great service from the host! we’ve got airport transportation from our stay, we’re glad since the transport is a little bit expensive. also, the host is very friendly and helpful, he helped us printed the boarding pass at night 🥹🥹 the host is very responsive! nice stay, the room is clean and they did the cleaning every 9am in the morning. the amenities are all there based on the lists. the location is strategic since it’s near to the food and places we want to go. a recommended stay in Hanoi! 😍🤩

I stayed at this place for two weeks and really enjoyed my time here. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made it easy to cook for myself. It's conveniently located near the Japanese supermarket Tomibun, where you can find all your daily essentials. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the host arranges a weekly cleaning service, which is a great bonus. I also appreciated having both a washing machine and a dryer—your clothes come out nearly dry and fresh every time. The rental price is definitely worth it for the quality and service provided. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high-quality living experience in Hanoi.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the old town of Hanoi. We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was really helpful, the apartment was super clean and easy to find. And on top of that, we didn’t hear the sound on the street the whole night due to the good insulation. I would really recommend this place to anyone who’d like to visit Hanoi.

Super charming stay! The balcony was perfect for morning coffee, and the projector made our evenings so fun and relaxing. Apartment is exactly as described. Right in old town so walkable to so many things (restaurants, bars, markets, etc). Both beds were comfortable. The area gets busy at night but the apartment is quiet inside (you can hear some noise if you’re in the bathroom but the main room is very quiet). Tea and Ryan sent a list of local recommendations and also offered to help us book tours. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, so we could leave with clean clothing.

Great accommodation, spacious. And the best part of it is definitely location! You are in the middle of everything while staying there. The host was very responsive and minor issues were solved immediately. There are all the touristic spots you can imagine - coffee shops, restaurants, big lake, water puppet show, massage parlours, hairdressers etc. The building itself is located in a cozy little alley. It's not perfectly quiet, but is away from main streets and heavy traffic. Recommended place, especially for a big group.

We had an excellent time staying at Olive Garden. We actually extended our stay twice. The surroundings were a peaceful sanctuary in an otherwise noisy and manic place. We walked to many of the attractions in Hanoi. There is a street market within a few minutes walk. We could buy tofu, vegetables and fruits. The house is spacious. We were happy to have separate living and sleeping spaces. We used the kitchen to make meals. The television is large and good quality. The bathroom has two fans and the water heated very quickly. We had plenty of towels. The air conditioning was effective and kept us cool. This was a great place to stay in Hanoi. Highly recommended if you like peace and quiet!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Old Town, which made exploring Hanoi super easy. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer our questions and even helped us arrange private transport to other cities and the airport. It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

If you stay longer in Hà Nội very good place, very quite you can have good sleep and just take a grab when you want go to the city.

I stayed there with my parents for 3 weeks for my holidays. It is a good place for long-term stay where is close to shopping mall 3 mins walk, good restaurants. It is very convenient to buy groceries shop such as k-market and win mart at downstairs. There has a small garden and I can do morning exercise. However, the place is not a tourist spot so if you plan for visit. As there are so many restaurants, the price are slightly expensive and rare to find the street food at surroundings. They supplied all the kitchen utensils inside the house which is very convenient to use and water bottle is ready when we first arrived. The bed room wall is a little bit dirty and it would be better if the host can improve it.

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s place in Hanoi! The apartment was clean, complete with everything I needed, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect home base for exploring the city. Helen was an amazing host: warm, responsive, and always ready to help with great local tips. Me and my Highschool friends truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hanoi!

Very responsive host

Stayed at Huyen’s place for the 2nd time. I love how neat her unit is. Everything was organized and amenities were complete. Walking distance from the nearest mall entrance/exit. The floor needs a little bit of sweeping and mopping; there were few drink stains but it was not really bothersome. Thank you, Huyen, for being such an accomodating host!

Son’s place is great stay! I had an early check-in request and was accommodated. The place is ideal for a visit to the area and easy drive to the airport. I would recommend to any travels for a nice and easy stay. Hopefully I have the pleasure of staying again soon.
