Welcome! We are located about 10 minutes' walk from the center of Ebingen in a low-traffic residential area. The granny flat with a separate entrance area is completely at your disposal. A bedroom with a large bed (1.4x2m) and closet, a living-dining room with kitchenette and additional sleeping space on the sofa (1x2m). Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof", which was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly decorated in mid-2016, is about 90 m ², fully furnished and stretches over two floors. It is actually quiet in the town of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with a very good connection to the B27.
