All the services are located down in the valley (10 minutes by car).

The concept is "living in nature" . Special features include two glass fronts with unrestricted views across the valley that can be opened on both sides in the basement. This makes it possible to create a pleasant climate, even with strong sunlight . Accessible as both levels have a separate entrance.
