Apartment very well located, close to several tourist attractions! You can walk to most of the central areas, due to the location there is a slight urban noise but nothing too much, it only bothers you if you want to sleep in later. I highly recommend it, well-equipped, clean and with very attentive doormen!

The apartment is excellent, with everything you need for your stay, not to mention that it is in an excellent location in Savassi with several restaurants, bars and the best supermarkets in BH. Super easy access to various points of the city. Henrique's hospitality is fantastic and he is always available to answer questions and help.

Kamila’s place is an absolute gem — clean, comfy, and in a great spot with a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurant all nearby. The view from the 25th-floor deck is stunning — perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Kamila is a fab guest — warm, easy to talk to, and incredibly helpful. Loved my stay and would absolutely come back!

We were lucky enough to stay in Cesário's apartment for almost a year, and it was an exceptional experience. The apartment is beautiful, very well-equipped, perfectly located right next to my school, real comfort on a daily basis. There were four of us living there, and everyone felt at home. Cesário was a remarkable host: always available, responsive and very caring. He made our stay even more enjoyable with his kindness and professionalism. The apartment is complete, has a gas stove, refrigerator, utensils, cable TV, iron, hairdryer, the shower is good. The only thing, however, is the noise: during the weekdays there is a lot of noise at peak times because it is located in a central area of the city, for those who want a quiet place this may not be the ideal place. It is 3 blocks from Shopping Cidade, 1 block from the supermarket, 1 block from Burger King and Subway, 1 block from self-service laundries, there is a bus stop at the door, a cafeteria across the street. In addition, there is still the building's gym, which, although small, is enough to get a sweat on. It is up to each one to evaluate the cost-benefit. It was perfect for me! Adriana, who did the cleaning, and the concierge staff are very nice people! It would return again for sure!

Super cozy apartment, with a super nice private area, very well located building, with accessibility and 2 parking spaces very close to the elevator. Adriene was very friendly and always responded to me quickly, answering my questions and helping me with what I needed in the apartment. I definitely want to come back!

We are a great location for those who want to take advantage of BH. Easy to reach location and get around the city. Agito on the outskirts every day I've been staying.

I loved the stay! The property was impeccably clean, very well organized and exactly as shown in the photos and in the listing description. I felt at home from the first moment. Fernanda was extremely friendly and attentive, in addition to giving great restaurant tips – I even followed one of them and loved it! I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Very nice, spacious and comfortable house! Great and safe residential neighborhood, it is not so commercial, but we were already aware and brought things for daily food. The host was very helpful, answering questions and demands quickly by cell phone. For those who are not from Belo Horizonte and do not know, a valid tip is: Drogaria Araújo, near the house, is actually a mini market, easy to find products for breakfast or some necessary item that you have forgotten.

We loved the stay, everything very clean and comfortable, fragrant bed and bath linens, kitchen with all the necessary utensils, very well-kept garden and a beautiful view of the woods. It was a very pleasant weekend! Thanks to Egon and Célia!

Very good space, very cozy, easy to find, very quiet surroundings. Jeitinho de Roça, comfortably. Close to the city center, but without the noise of it. I felt cuddled, I would stay more days if I didn't have to work.

Franco's space is beautiful, lots of trees and a good smell of bush. The house is spacious and cozy, has very nice blue windows and Franco is super helpful.

Second time I've stayed at Ana's apartment and there will probably be many others, my son is in love with Atlético Mineiro so whenever I have the opportunity we will be in Belo Horizonte again and I always hope to find this apartment available. Ana is super helpful, her space is super cozy and well-equipped. I was there in May 2024, May 2025 and I intend to celebrate my son's birthday every year at the Arena Mrv. See you soon!

The apartment is very spacious with bedrooms and bathrooms as shown in the photos. Excellent location, close to everything and you can walk to Patio Savassi, for example. Frederico was a great host and answered questions promptly. I and my family feel at home

I stayed in Gonçalo's apartment for four months, as part of a university exchange, with three other roommates. From the moment we arrived, we were very warmly welcomed, with many local specialties carefully arranged on the dining table. An attention that touched us a lot. The apartment is located in the Centro de Belo Horizonte district. While this neighborhood isn't reputed to be the safest, we've never had any issues. The proximity to a supermarket and shopping mall (less than a two minute walk) made our daily life much easier. Gonçalo was a very responsive host: he usually responded within the hour to each of our messages, and intervened quickly if needed. These four months were very pleasant, and we felt right at home. Once again, thank you for everything!

Overall we had a nice, quiet stay.

Wonderful environment...access to the market in the same block...shopping mall nearby...super polite neighbors...I would return tomorrow if necessary.

I went to BH with two friends to attend a congress at UFMG. The accommodation is very close to the institution, with easy access to public transportation as well. The place is quiet, and Fernanda is very attentive! It was a great stay, we returned home very happy with her receptivity. I highly recommend it!
