Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Nouméa

Delphine's house was lovely, particularly outside and the pool area. We had some trouble with the fuse box on the first night which meant no wifi or air con, but the house guide helped us fix this. Would stay here again, but worth noting that its a uphill, hot walk into the city center so worth having a car!

Excellent stay! Vanessa is very responsive and available. The accommodation is very functional, very well-equipped and quiet. I recommend it!

Super peaceful villa, woken up by birds in the city, it's always great. Well-equipped and in a good location. The rooms are small, but it's for the benefit of the living rooms. We'll be back.

Very nice surprise and delighted with our stay at Margaux's. Her colonial home was superb, the garden beautiful, and the “Olympic” pool! The place is very peaceful and at the same time we are 2 minutes walk from a supermarket and 2 minutes by car from downtown: really everything to please. The kids loved it. We will most certainly come back to this villa where we immediately felt comfortable.

High quality hosting, exceptional views of the vegetation and sunsets. Great comfort and amenities for a short or longer stay. Conversations with Viviane about exciting scuba diving as well as garden plants and fruits to harvest right outside your doorstep. I highly recommend this beautiful place for your vacation or otherwise.

Great small apartment whose layout makes the space very nice. It is very quiet and ideally located, 2 steps from the beaches and the promenade. The kitchen is well equipped. Parking space is a plus! Communication with Floriane was at its best! Thank you

A place to stay ideally located near shops and a beautiful south-facing bay. Perfect for watching the sunset!

Large apartment, with two bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room and another on the terrace. Huge terrace, overlooking the beach. Air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and the living room. Fan in the other. The equipment is very complete, with ceramic stove, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a significant amount of kitchen utensils. Private garage in the basement with its own security door in the square. There is no supermarket nearby (the nearest Casino is more than a kilometer away), but there are bars and restaurants, apart from the beach, which can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The host was very friendly, agreed to change the mattress of one of the beds, which was a little sunken, and did it in less than 24 hours, on a holiday.

Great stay. The accommodation was clean and functional. Calm neighborhood and very nice view. Regarding Alain, he was very welcoming for our arrival, friendly and accommodating. Recommended! :)

5 stars for Noella's place, on a quiet street but close to shops and restaurants, our one month stay could not have been better! The fiber optic super fast internet was just what we needed for work online, and Noella was at hand for anything we needed. We would return for another month any time.

Small cozy studio close to the bays of Nouméa. Easy to access. Elisabeth is very responsive if you need anything. I would recommend this place for a quick getaway 😀

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at Rachel's apartment and loved the area. The apartment has all the basics and was comfortable and clean. The location was great, with easy walking access to groceries, shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach. We would definitely book again on our next visit!

Elisabeth's accommodation is just perfect for short or long stays. The view from the terrace where you can eat is just breathtaking. Elisabeth is a lovely, helpful, caring and available host. I therefore recommend this linen very well located in the Sainte Marie neighborhood, a safe and family neighborhood with its ideal park for walks.

Amazing views, especially sunsets! We just enjoyed relaxing with a breeze through the suite, but also enjoyed the many nearby restaurants and shoreline walks. This was one of our many AirBnB stays over the years!!

10-day stay in Noumea in this home. Excellent time. Charming garden. Feeling safe. Quiet. Impeccable air conditioning. Well-equipped kitchen with appliances and "small food" (salt, pepper, nescafé...). With a bottle of fresh water in the fridge upon arrival, I would have given a sixth star! 😅
