Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

The property is quietly and rurally located on the outskirts of Steinfurt-Borghorst in the beautiful Münsterland with good connections (B54 Münster - Enschede). The 100 Castles Route passes by a short distance away, ideal for cyclists. The train station is within walking distance, (approx. 10 min.) Shopping and bakery about 500 meters away. Feel-good idyll in the old Davensberg train station

Time out in the historic Davensberg train station. The station is perched on a hill between a nature reserve and the Davert. Located in the middle of nature, it is still just 12 minutes by train to Münster or 40 minutes to Dortmund. Animals are welcome. Dogs should not sleep in bed or on the sofa. Fiber optic Internet, satellite TV programs on 55" screen & Bose sound system. We want you to feel comfortable and make (almost) everything possible for you.

"wild & cozy" in the Münsterland

Our apartment is a small, attached cottage with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a 360-soul village on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big metropolises offer. In Erle stands the oldest oak in Germany. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.

The small apartment is located on a farm very close to the lovely city of Münster and offers a great view of green nature. Here you can chill out on the terrace after stimulating city and country visits. The studio is suitable for couples, solo adventurers and furry friends /pets. It has its own entrance, a small hallway, a private bathroom and a kitchenette. TV and Wi-Fi are of course available, as is a private parking space.

In the middle of Münsterland, a beautiful chalet awaits you, which you can live in completely privately. You will be staying in a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of town on a former farm yet close enough to walk (300 m) to a Lidl, McDonalds, a bakery and a gas station. Exciting excursion destinations are just a stone's throw away
