Rez-de-jardin lumineux 70m2, attenant a la résidence principale, très calme terrasse, place de stationnement à l'entrée du logement . Arrivée autonome en notre absence. Accès A 10 à quelques minutes au cœur de la vallée de la Loire et du vignoble vouvrillon commerces à 2 mn dans centre bourg (fermeture annuelle août) grandes surfaces à 7 mn. Le gîte est entièrement désinfecté avant chaque arrivée. Autant qu'il est possible, je préfère accueillir mes voyageurs lors de leur arrivée.
