This air-conditioned mini-sized wooden cabana on stilts is attached on one side to another "One World" rental unit. It has its own entrance and a pretty outside sitting area, complete with hammock. Fabulous location - the house is set back from the road far away from the hubbub of Placencia Village. Wonderful to have our own a private beach with vegetation on either side so that you never saw any neighbours. To top it off was the manager Santiago who gave us our privacy yet kept the grounds pristine. He chopped down and opened a couple of coconuts for us. Great guy.

Absolutely perfect. Cute colorful Cabaña right on a gorgeous beach. And inside: everything we needed (a lot of airbnbs are missing hooks, shelves, little things like paper towel, coffee or condiments- they had everything and more! For example luggage scale or mini rechargeable reading light. Walking distance to everything in town (tiny village Hopkins) Strongly recommend!

We had a great family stay! Very responsive team and great amenities - View is spectacular and super clean. We loved Archie (the local dog team member) as well!!! We utilized the local chef service and they also stocked the fridge with items requested for us for our arrival. Would stay again!

Words really can’t express how beautiful Tamzin’s place was! The pictures really did show just how amazing the space is. There is nothing else we could have wanted this place to be stocked with. Tamzin went above any beyond making sure we felt welcomed upon arrival. Don’t hesitate booking this place.

The White Orchid Villa is a lovely house in a beautiful setting on the banks of the Sittee River. It's surrounded by large trees that were filled abundant bird life that was a treat to listen to while sitting in the hammock in the screened in porch. Due to its location on the river there are lots of mosquitoes so bug spray is a must, which also made the screened in porch that much nicer. There is a canoe available to go explore the river and the lovely Town of Hopkins is a short drive away. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of spices and everything you would need to prepare meals. The on-site caretakers Christina and Domingo were friendly and welcoming. Rupa, the owner was very helpful with suggestions and local contacts for tour guides. She also quickly responded to any questions we had. To top it off, there were friendly dogs with two adorable puppies that totally charmed my daughters. We would definitely come back!
