Luxury Guest Suite in Resort Setting with Pool

Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Look for us online: #VillaParadisoPhoenix Enjoy the kitchen space and help yourself to breakfast. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. Please contact us thru the app for fastest response. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Smartphone navigation will guide you to our address easily and with accuracy. We are less than 10 mins from the airport. Our house is pet-free and we are non smokers.

Cozy bedroom/bathroom suite with private entry and patio with stunning views. Only minutes to top golf courses, hiking/biking trails, and the quaint towns of Cave Creek & Carefree. 20 minutes to N. Scottsdale areas such as Kierland & West World. Beautifully appointed with a queen bed, large flat screen smart TV with YouTube TV, Netflix, & high speed WIFI Internet. It also comes with its own dedicated entry and is completely separated from the rest of the house. Desert solitude at its best.

Hidden Gem Suite w/ Pool, close to Scottsdale

Unwind and enjoy the city in our cozy and clean guest suite! We have been here for five years renting out our suite to some wonderful guests. We really enjoy hosting and we try to make all of our guests feel as much at home as possible. We have had great experiences with our guests and we can't wait for you to enjoy yourself at our guest suite. We live in the main home that is separate from the suite but adjacent. If you enjoy mountain biking, hiking, horses, or UTV/ATV riding, this is the location for you. With McDowell Mountain Park and Brown’s Ranch a short bike ride away, this property has access to some of the finest hiking and mountain bike trails in the state. In addition, properly registered UTV/ATV can ride into the Tonto from this location without having to trailer.

Welcome to our Shangri-La! Our home is located in the heartbeat of Scottsdale with quick access to all of the major events (Phoenix Open, Arabian Horse Show, Barrett-Jackson Car Auction, Talking Stick Field for Spring Training) and between Old Town Scottsdale and Kierland/Scottsdale Quarter where popular shops, galleries and restaurants are located. We are in a friendly and established neighborhood. Our Airbnb is a separate guest house with 630 square feet of comfort.
