In this experience, you will visit the unparalleled DOURO VALLEY, the first-denominated wine region in the world and a world heritage site by UNESCO. The day starts at our meeting point and then we will be heading to the Valley. For the drive we will do a loop around the valley to better see and enjoy all the different landscapes, first driving through the N323 with all the astonishing viewpoints of the valley and where we have the first stop, a small winery from a local producer to try his regular wines (reds and whites from the region) and olive oil. The second stop is at Pinhão for a typical Portuguese lunch at a local tavern with great options for Vegans and Vegetarians. Still in Pinhão, we have a 1-hour mini-cruise in a typical Rabelo boat along the astonishing Douro River with the Valley as a background view (the boat cruise is shared with other groups). The journey will continue through the National Road 222, one of the most iconic roads in Portugal, winner of the "World's Best Driving Road Award", which will take us to the second winery for more tasting, parings and story tales from the wineries owners. After that, we will return to Porto and arrive to Porto at around 6:00 PM.

Hosting is a passion and I have been doing this all my life with friends and family and so to call it a job: is a dream come true. To start our experience, we will talk a little bit about me and my family since this is a recipe that belongs to my grandmothers and we have been doing it for years, so you can understand the uniqueness and how lucky I was when growing up eating these amazing Pastéis. This is a hands-on class, we will bake everything from scratch as a group with my help! That is the most important part, we will create the most delicious Pastel de Nata because we will put lots of love, time and care into them. Everybody will help, we will take turns and I will give you a lot of fun facts regarding the story about them and who created Keep in mind: You don't need to be a baker to do this experience - the recipe is simple and I will guide you through all the process. Babies and toddlers are not allowed since we deal with hot liquids, very hot oven, knifes and my house as a lot of art that breaks. Only children above 6 years old are allowed in the experience.

OUR GOAL IS FOR YOU TO HAVE AN EXCELLENT SURFING EXPERIENCE, whether it's your first time trying surfing or you are trying to advance your skills. We'll get suited up in the wetsuits I provide, grab the surfboards and head down to the sand. This experience is for Small Groups (MAXIMUM 8 PARTICIPANTS per COACH) from total beginners surfers. For the first 15 minutes we’ll be training on the beach, then the rest of the classe with an instructor in the ocean. Other things to note A container to change clothes (NOT IN THE STREET) and safe space to store your belongings (NOT IN A CAR). At the end of the lesson you have access to an outdoor shower. Having fun in Porto but feel like getting out of the city for a day? Come spend the day hopping around the Portuguese - Spanish border of the Peneda-Gerês National Park. We'll hike in Portugal’s Only National Park, one of its 7 Natural Wonders, and end the day at Hot Thermal Springs across the border in Spain. If you like roadtrips & discovering untouched nature, this trip is for you. It’s not only the destination that matters, but the the journey as well :) This experience is done all year, even in autumn and winter. No matter the weather, you'll discover the breathtaking places and history that this place has to offer. PROGRAM After an incredibly picturesque roadtrip to the park, at the Portugal-Spain border, we’ll hop on a trail and get absorbed into all of Gerês’s atmosphere, with its waterfalls, lagoons, viewpoints, wild animals and abandoned shelter homes. At the end of the day, around sunset time, we’ll head to hot thermal springs, already on the Spanish side. No nosso Ateliê você poderá construir a sua própria peça usando a técnica da roda de oleiro e passar ótimos momentos. O workshop tem duração de duas horas e todos os materiais estão incluídos. Our experience consists of a 52-foot (16-meter) boat ride along the banks of the Douro River from the Douro marina, Gaia - Afurada, to the Ribeira area, one of the most tourist and historic sites in Porto, also passing by the banks of the the city of Gaia where the oldest port wine cellars are located, returning in the opposite direction to the north where possible and with navigation conditions, it passes through an exit to the sea! This tour lasts at least two hours and may, if you wish, extend this time. Guests can bring food and beverages, we have drinks refrigeration outside, we also have plates, glasses and cutlery available if needed! We can also provide a stop for dives and baths, all accompanied by a sound system where guests can connect their own playlists and use our wi-fi! Come take a tour with us!

⊞The tiles represent a base of reference for the Portuguese artistic expression and are spread all over the country in monuments and houses. ♥ I intend to provide a unique experience, sharing with you my love about tiles and giving you the opportunity to paint two tiles inspired by our traditional motifs. ✒ABOUT *Tiles need to be fired after the class and are ready in 24 hours after the class for you to pick them up with a proper packaging. -First of all I´ll talk a bit about the tiles of Porto and explain the most important things to know about the Portuguese tiles and their history. - Then I´ll teach you some of the tile painting techniques used in the production of traditional tiles . -You will have the opportunity to paint 2 tiles !

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO * *The tiles you paint during the workshop will need to be fired in a ceramic oven and WILL BE READY FOR COLLECTION THE DAY AFTER THE WORKSHOP BETWEEN 4 PM AND 5 PM. You can arrange to collect them on another day during our opening hours (please check them on Googl_ Maps).* * Covering facades with tiles became very popular in Portugal during 19th and 20th centuries and is now one of the most beautiful and unique heritages of the world. During this Tile Painting Workshop you will learn the highlights of the history of this heritage, how this beautiful tiles were painted traditionally and will have the chance to paint tile replicas of Porto (or your own design). This workshop is perfect for tile lovers. You will take home the best memory of your trip to this beautiful city. Every participant will paint 2 tiles. Don't worry, no artistic skills are required :) IMPORTANT - This workshop is suitable for children +10. - Due to limited space, additional individuals who were not included in the original booking may not be present in the workshop. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. - We have a dog, Ulisses, who is sometimes in the workshop. He is small and friendly.
