På denna lilla ö är naturen och havet i fokus. Här finns inga vägar eller bilar, vilket gör att det råder ett behagligt lugn på ön. Upplev midnattssolen eller norrskenet. Sommartid sker den korta överfarten (400 meter) till ön med liten båt som ingår. Vintertid sker shuttle med snöskoter. Utomhus finns jacuzzi som håller 38 grader året runt. This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

La cabane est magnifique en pleine nature , très bien décorée avec le poêle à bois et les vitres au toit , on s’y sent comme dans une bulle déconnectés de tout. Le sauna en prime et la maison de service offre l espace et les commodites necessaires. C’était tout simplement parfait

Wunderschönes, gut ausgestatttetes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht. Nach dem Wandern haben wir uns immer auf "unser" Zuhause gefreut. Die Sauna hat uns gut gefallen. Ausserdem gibt es einen super Grillplatz mit Holzbänken direkt am Wasser. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir fühlten uns in Pers Hütte sehr wohl. Sehr ruhige und wunderschöne Umgebung. Auch die Kanus und das Elektroboot sind perfekt für Erkundungstouren am See oder zum Einkaufen geeignet. Gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus mit allem was das Herz begehrt!

L'emplacement est paradisiaque, les huttes sont petites mais fonctionnelles, même pour un séjour un peu plus long (nous sommes restées 6 nuits). Nous avons pu observer de magnifiques aurores boréales. S'il faut relever quelque chose, je dirais qu'il pourrait être utile de créer un espace rangement sous les lits pour pouvoir mieux stocker les bagages. Merci pour ce super séjour!

Hele fijne plek. Rustige omgeving met een mooi uitzicht op het meer. Prachtig in het winter. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een keuken met alle spullen die je nodig hebt, en een nette ruime aparte badkamer. Goed kunnen slapen in een ruim bed. Tv met chromecast is ook aanwezig. Het contact met Åsa was voorafgaand en tijdens het verblijf heel prettig. Er werd snel gereageerd en er werd meegedacht wanneer nodig. Zeker een aanrader.

Vi havde 5 overnatninger i Karins hus. Vi er to voksne og to børn på 8 og 10 år. Huset er meget hyggeligt og passede perfekt til os. Vi nød det smukke vinterlandskab og den frosne fjord. Huset ligger ikke langt fra Luleå, men man skal ud af nogle småvej med begrænset hastighed, så det tager ca. 25. min. Køreturen er tilgengæld meget smuk gennem vinterskoven, og vejen blev fint ryddet mens vi var der. Karin er meget fleksibel og imødekommende, og vi fik rigtig god information både før og efter tjek ud.

Detta ställe är verkligen ett avskilt litet paradis! Omgivningen och tomten är fantastisk med egen strand och trevligt vatten att bada i, skogen runt knuten full med bär och svamp. Stugan är mysigt inredd och väl planerad. Utan el och rinnande vatten bör man uppskatta enkelheten, men i övrigt finns allt praktiskt man kan behöva för sitt hushåll. Ett trevligt bemötande från värdinnan som är mkt enkel att kommunicera med.

My beautiful home near Bothnian sea

Mikael was an absolutely incredible host and went out of his way to accommodate our family. He helped source a cot and high chairs from his neighbours which was unbelievably helpful and generous. The facilities are incredible and the surroundings are so beautiful. Mikael allowed us to borrow his boat for fishing, and a neighbour gifted us some fresh fish he’d caught when we were less successful😂 . Excellent communication leading up to the trip and during. Overall we had a fantastic experience and I would recommend anyone visiting the Luleå area to stay here.
