In the kitchen you will find a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and pots. The price includes the linens and towels. Coffee and various teas are available. If you like to cook, you will also find salt, pepper and rapeseed oil.

I offer you a sleeping place (or two) in my small office (8 sqm) with mini kitchen and private bathroom. There are very good soundproof windows against the street noise. The excavation lake with sauna is 200 m away, the tram and many bus lines stop in front of the door. Nearest supermarket 200m away. By bike (you can rent from me for €5 per day) you are in the city or at the Neue Messe in 20 minutes.

You will be staying in a small but fine attic apartment and enjoy the view over the rooftops. In the distance you can see the towers of the large district town and green forests on the horizon. The train station is about a 6-minute walk. Enjoy the simple life in this quiet and centrally located home.
