Overall a really good stay, responsive friendly hosts. The pool was definitely a highlight alongside the mini supermarket downstairs that’s open 24 , very convenient. The place looks like the picture, the only improvement for me would be the couch, it does sink a little. Overall I would recommend this host

I had a great time in this flat. I would recommend this place absolutely. River view is much more calm and quiet than the other side. Great view over the river on the 38th. Amazing balcony with high chairs. Would book again

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

My kids and I had a priceless memorable stay at Ae's Airbnb. Ae and her family were so welcoming, helpful, and nice. There will always be a special place in my heart for Ae and her family, the Airbnb unit, the entire building, and the staff who worked at the condo. Priceless memories were created at the Airbnb. Everyone was welcoming and nice even other people who were staying in the building too. The views during the day and night rain and shine never ceased to amaze me. My kids and I would get excited over the priceless views every day and night. The security is also top notch. I had unforeseen emergencies where I was helped by the Ae and her family without me even asking for help. Their help and even the offer to help will always mean the world to me. Even the facility staff were extremely helpful in unforeseen circumstances without me asking for help. My kids and I are truly grateful to have had the wonderful experience of staying at Ae’ and her family's Airbnb. Thank you so much!

Excellent place and not less excellent host. The place is gorgeous, all in all. Comfortable, clean, spacious (in our case we needed team work space) and well provisioned. The neighborhood is very calm, which was a must for us. While somewhat secluded, accessing the bursting city is not a problem even with a short walk. Also, Eve attentively responded to all inquiries and was really helpful when needed. Would recommend 11/10.

We had such a great stay at this place! The house is super nice—exactly like the photos, maybe even better. It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to extra towels. You can tell the host really put thought into making it feel welcoming and comfortable. The host was also amazing—really friendly and easy to communicate with. We especially appreciated being allowed a late check-out, which gave us a bit more time to relax before heading out. It made a big difference for us. The location was also super convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Excellent host, very responsive. The place is literally 7mins walk to Khaosan Walking street. Grab gets there easily, 7-11 on both sides of the streets all 5 mins walk. Room was perfect no problems whatsoever, very smooth checkin, host even had a helper wait outside the alley to help with the bags. No complains whatsoever, very good place to stay near Khaosan Street

Jenny is a lovely host. She provided welcome fruits and breakfast for everyday. She allowed us to checkin early and very kind to our family. And very responsive. The house is spacious, spotless and has everything essential things we need. Situated in a peaceful location connecting to the airport but not far from the central area either. Has stairs and informed us well. For guests visiting, please be mindful of map directions in Bangkok … thanks, Jenny stepping in to assist.

My stay at this place was incredibly comfortable. 🏡 The space is quite spacious and fully equipped with everything I needed. The people around, including the neighbors, were very friendly and welcoming. 😊 The host was also very responsive, whenever I reached out in the morning, they answered my questions promptly. 🌞 I had no issues during my stay and felt completely at ease. Great location near the BTS station and a river pier making the whole of Bangkok easily accessible. Nice and quiet at nights.

Loved staying at Stephen’s apartment on the 21st floor view was insane and the place was super clean and cozy. The neighborhood around Sukhumvit 11 is lively but safe, with great restaurants, bars, and BTS Nana just a short walk away. Everything was smooth, from check-in to communication. Felt like home for those few days. Next time I’m in Bangkok, I’m 100% staying here again.

Great place. The facilities were amazing. The condo is spacious, and jack met me upon check in and provided everything I needed. Yang's place is perfect for those who wanted a quiet place but has all the amenities nearby. On Nut is a local gem and you can find various food and market in the neighbourhood. The place we stayed are great and the staffs were friendly and kind. It's a great place and we will surely return if we come to Bangkok again.

Milo was a super helpful host, always making sure everything was ok Views are great as are the amenities. Beds are like a rock, but other then that, everything was perfect.
