The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The house is closest to the water, on a dead end road with no steep slopes. Better location is hard to find. The summerhouse was built 15 years ago, and has 3 lovely bedrooms overlooking the ocean, a lovely kitchen-living room, also overlooking the ocean. A large bathroom, an extra toilet, and an outdoor shower. The house also has a utility room and a spacious patio where you can sit in shelter on the days when it blows. Stay in the countryside of North Zealand, 19 miles from Copenhagen, surrounded by fields, meadows, forest, and a small lake, in a self-contained apartment housed in the old barn.
