Das Leben in der Natur kann kaum schöner sein. Seit 2020 Neu und fast fertig kann man schön abschalten und die Natur genießen - die ist hier recht aktiv. Ob durch die Wiese schlendern, auf den Palettenmöbel draußen sitzen oder die Seele baumeln lassen. Nichtraucherhaus JACUZZI von Nov. - März nicht nutzbar ! Definitiv !

Die Ferienwohnung ist im 2023/24 neu renovierten Dachgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten großen Hauses ( nach einen Großbrand 2022 im Haus wurde alles von Grund auf saniert) . Sie ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und bietet viel Platz auch für Familien mit Kindern. WLAN, TV und eine Spielecke gehören zur Ausstattung. Ebenso eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Hunde können mitgebracht werden, es gibt zwei Katzen im Haus: Mimi und Sally.

Auch die nahegelegene Weltkulturerbestadt Regensburg bietet viele Highlights. Nur fünf Minuten Fußweg zu Bus und Bahn Stationen machen das Auto überflüssig. Gerne auch Monteure. Da die Wohnung im Haus meiner Tochter Nadine ist, übernimmt sie die Gästebetreuung.
