This house, which is made with completely natural materials, is 1+1 and is arranged for you to experience the comfort of your own home with its independent entrance, private gazebo, shower-toilet, kitchen, barbecue and necessary equipment. Apart from your home, you can of course benefit from the other common facilities of the campus.

The Old Stone House was built when the island of Nisyros was under Italian occupation in the 19th century. Wonderful views to nearby islands and glimpses of Turkey. Set set in private gardens and a 15 minute walk down to the village of Mandraki. The uphill walk back is 10 min longer. A full bathroom, huge outdoor kitchen and small but refreshing pool. We are completely off grid. Solar power and solar hot water. For 2023 we have added a fabulous Glamping tent that sleeps 2. 20 m from the house

This is an traditional Nisyrian house (65 km2). It is good for couples, 3 friends travelling together, solo adventurers or a small family. The house has wifi, but because of the narrow street it can be unreliable at times. The neighbourhood is authentic and has a lovely atmosphere. The house is only 8 minutes walk from the beach, tavernas, cafes and shops in the centre of the village. Nisyros is a beautiful Aegean islands, still untouched by tourism. It is part of the Dodecanese Island group.

ONE OF THE DOUBLE BEDS IS LOCATED IN THE 2ND BEDROOM, EASILY ACCESSIBLE VIA A LADDER. IDEAL FOR CHILDREN. THERE ARE 2 BATHROOMS EACH WITH SHOWER AND TOILET. FURTHERMORE, A PATIO WITH AN OUTDOOR SHOWER. THE OUTDOOR AREA HAS A BEAUTIFUL TERRACE AND A LEVEL LOWER A COVERED DINING AREA.

We invite you, our esteemed guests, to our peaceful and quiet house in Datça, where you can see every shade of green and blue and wake up to the sounds of birds. Our house is 70 square meters. The garden has an area of 1000 square meters. You can pick fruits and vegetables from the garden. There are shaded areas where you can park your car. There is a garden lighting system. Komplett neu renoviert in 20/21. Geniessen Sie die Ruhe zwischen den Olivenhainen mit Blick auf die Vulkaninsel Nissiros. Nur wenige Minuten entfernt liegt das wunderschöne traditionelle Bergdorf Kefalos und die weltweit bekannte Bucht vom Kastri.

The house is located in Madraki, in the oldest neighborhood of Nisyros, Lagadi. Our ancestors used the castle stones to build this house in 1889.

It's based on the story of the grandmother she named 'Tak Tak Tak Nine Mansion' 150 years ago. This small stone house has been restored with respect, respectful of all-natural materials, adhering to the old structure. It has antique furniture made with handmade ceramics and disassembled wood from old Black Sea houses.
