There are daily necessities, so I recommend it for those who want to experience Sapporo life. It is a little inconvenient, a 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, and a 20-minute walk from Kitajo Station on the Namboku Line, but there are few car streets, so you can spend a quiet time. Parking for 1 car is available at the property (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(This is the parking lot I use.I'll park elsewhere) 5-minute walk to convenience store 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place to live. There are 4 bicycles in the facility.It is available for use when it is available. The bedroom on the ground floor has a lock, so privacy is guaranteed There are bathrooms on the first and second floor. Located is south area of Sapporo.There has good nature . The apartment is 2-floors with kitchen and bath room. Able to stay up to 6 people maximum, kids(under 10years old) are free. The house is not close to subway ST .But very close to the bus stop.It takes 30mins ¥210 by bus from Sapporo ST. In along the large street, easy to find by car. You can feel like a local Sapporo life.
