The building is new and simple: It is a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. Bedroom 1, 2 beds. The room is 1LDK, and it is just the right size for up to 2 people. In addition to the 2 beds, you can lay a futon in the living room for up to 3 people if it is a little narrower. Up to 1 pet is allowed (pet fee 2000 yen.Only for children who are toilet trained) You can check in and check out by self check-in. It is a quiet villa area on the edge of the town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski slopes in the distance on sunny days. * Accommodation tax has been introduced in Niseko Town. Accommodation tax of 200 yen per person per night is included in the accommodation fee.

This is the old house in the villa area. You can enjoy bonfires and BBQ in the backyard (during snow-free season). In calm morning, woodpeckers may wake you up after you oversleep. Recommended for travelers who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy Niseko's nature and activities. The nearest ski resort (Annupuri International Ski resort), popular backcountry areas, and hot springs are a 10-minute drive away. There is no public transportation, so please bring a car.
