Vacation rentals with a patio in Ninth Ward

Comfortable and quiet with great restaurants within walking distance. I also needed to work for a few days from here and had no issues with the WiFi. Would absolutely stay here again.

Logement agréable plus grand que ce qu'il n'y paraît sur les photo. Tout le nécessaire fourni est au delà de ce à quoi on peut s'attendre. Nicole nous a donné plein de bons conseils et a été très prévenante et flexible. Tout peut quasiment se faire à pieds sinon il y a un arrêt de bus à 100m. Nous recommandons Nicole et son beau logement !

Very comfortable and clean, walking distance to the French Quarter. The roof top was nice with a small pool and lounge area. we tried to reserve again for Mardi Gras, unfortunately it was already reserved. We had a great stay for our 7th trip to "The Big Easy". Mrs. Peggy from the barbershop downstairs, is an amazing lady very hospitable and is extremely knowledgeable about New Orleans, if you need ideas for things to do outside the Quarter, she will point you in the direction.

Fantastic place to stay in New Orleans. Near all the main areas but felt like a suburban escape with all of the green and the giant park which was great for dog walks

My stay with Preservation Green was awesome! Absolutely stellar location, 2 blocks from Magazine Street and less than a block from a phenomenal sandwich/cocktail joint. Kendra was AMAZING, so accommodating and welcoming. Super responsive. Overall, a great experience in the Garden District. Would definitely stay again.

Really loved this space. It was in a perfect location- very peaceful and quiet street. Near some really great restaurants. The bnb itself was perfect and had everything we needed, plus complimentary snacks. Felt lucky to stay in there!!

Such a beautiful sanctuary. A home away from home, a place to nourish, relax and recharge. Everything from the beds, linens, decor, cozy blankets in the living room and host made it a trip to remember. This is the spot if you are seeking great food close by, enjoy the Nola vibe and have a place to retreat when rest is needed. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space.

First I'd like to offer a special thanks to Brenna and Nick for accommodating our request to check-in early. They are very responsive and kind hosts. The home was just as described and as depicted in the photos. The location was excellent, in a very picturesque part of NOLA, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this location and would definitely stay again during our next visit to NOLA.

I loved this space as it was easy to find, super easy to check into, Kaylan was very responsive as well as helpful. The home was clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable and soft. The front porch and back porch were so nice. The river being right across the street made an awesome view of the bridge. The atmosphere is serene and peaceful with people jogging and walking their dogs along the river. Everything was convenient and easy to get to. I will definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. A bit farther from the city, but close to other things. Uptown is a good place to stay if you want to venture out, but have a quieter place to go home to. The large windows and remote controlled window treatments were a nice touch. It rained a couple of times and it was beautiful to be there for it.

The Art House was the best Airbnb we have stayed. It was better than the pictures and had absolutely everything you need. Location was perfect. Safe area, close to everything. If you want a true, authentic NOLA experience, it is 100% worth staying here. We were 2 couples and each had our own bedroom with individual AC. Lovely to stay in eat a few nights, listening to music and chilling. Amazing, responsive host, would 100% book next time in NOLA. The art is amazing, true experience!

I was in town for a family event, and staying here was a great experience. the inside was really nice! It was a 10 min drive from the superdome, and the neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again when in town.

Wonderful comfortable place. The kitchen was super to cook in. The porch is great and there is a fabulous grocery store and several great restaurants and bars nearby. There is a party place (private club?) next door so may want earplugs if that would bother you. Didn’t bother us at all. You can take streetcars and buses from area. Beautiful City Park close by for exploration

First of all, Robert was a great host. He was proactive in his communications and very quick to respond to mine. The house was charming and easily accommodated the seven of us. The full kitchen allowed us to have healthy, home-cooked family meals together. The adorable back patio and pool were an added bonus. Robert made sure that our stay was easy and comfortable. I highly recommend Robert was a wonderful host.

This is the perfect place to both explore New Orleans and experience the city’s unique quirky and mystical vibe. Incredible taste and attention to details, one of the most unique and extraordinary house we ever staid at. Lisa is also an incredibly friendly and interesting hostess. You can’t find a better place to enjoy NOLA! One small disclaimer though: young kids may be a bit intimated by the intricate interior - it took ours (esp the 6 years old) a couple of days to feel comfortable moving around the house on her own. Not a major issue but something to keep in mind if your kids are impressionable.

Staying at Nick's place for our 1st Annual Girls Trip was perfect! The home fit 12 comfortably, with bathrooms in every room except the 2-bed/1-bath unit, which had access to the extra bathroom in the main space. The A/C worked well, beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were beautiful. Bedroom #6 had low water pressure, and #5 had a minor plumbing issue, but Nick responded quickly. Parking was great—3 guests parked safely for free. There were multiple access codes (entry, units, elevator); one universal code would’ve been easier. Walls are thin, so bring earplugs—Nick provides some. Rain limited rooftop use, but we enjoyed the patio. Lighting is dim at night and, like many areas in New Orleans, roaches are common outside—none were inside though. The area felt safe and was walkable. Overall, a great stay and we’d return!

Everything was close by. 8-10 minutes in every uber. House was very clean.

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.

Beautiful home looks even better in person access of the condo was very easy..there is no parking but parking lots all around that's my only complaints but overall very lovely place and very safe. Walking distance to canal and bourbon street.

I attended an international meeting at the convention center. I had a great 1.1 mile walk which was interesting (and safe) no matter what route I took. Perfect 25 min exercise each way. The apartment was exactly what I hoped for.

My partner and I stayed here for our first trip to NOLA, it was incredible! The place was steps away from all of the “must sees” of New Orleans, and the loft was clean and quiet. (Other than the streetcar, but that didn’t bother us!) We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated—everything we needed for a relaxing visit. One of the highlights was definitely the balcony—it was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings with a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. Another big plus was the secure parking, which gave us peace of mind and made coming and going super convenient. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. And when we wanted to explore further, a quick Uber ride got us to all the best spots downtown New Orleans has to offer. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a safe, stylish, and convenient place to stay in NOLA!
