House vacation rentals in Ninh Xuân

I do not have words to describe what an awesome experience Thuan’s property is. It’s a small homestay (if you don’t know what that is, look it up.). Run mainly by family. EVERYONE was extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were exactly as described, clean, comfortable, good A/C, and pool was delightful. Morning breakfasts were absolutely spot on. We walked in as guests, left as family. I absolutely recommend asking Thuan for his driver (his brother), in showing you the sights. Húu was a super friendly guy, very nice car, punctual, and probably was the best driver we have had in a foreign country. Also if you are lucky enough to have My along for excursions, she is a good translator, and knows the area well, and will get you through the crowds efficiently in the high tourist areas. There are plenty of things to explore nearby, but you do need a car or driver. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, and the grounds impeccable. You can see the family takes great pride.

Our stay at Thi Thaos home was amazing! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Our host was very helpful and attentive, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

We were a group of 8 and had an amazing time at the Hang Mua Bamboo homestay. The place was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The host Thi was very responsive and friendly, would help us arrange transportation to/from the city and provide recommendations. The free bikes to use were a bonus. Would definitely recommend and come again!

Lưu trú với Minh là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời nhất trong chuyến đi của gia đình tôi. Khu nghỉ nằm trong xóm nhỏ yên bình, mang nét đặc trưng rất riêng biệt của miền quê đồng bằng bắc bộ. Sự tiếp đón nhiệt tình thân thiện cùa gia đình Minh là điều tuyệt vời nhất ở đây, Minh hiểu biết và kiến thức sâu rộng về du lịch địa phương cũng như cho chúng tôi những thông tin bổ ích về văn hoá vùng miền. Vợ anh ấy là một đầu bếp tuyệt vời với những món ăn thuần Việt tươi ngon và đậm vị. Nhất định chúng tôi sẽ sớm quay trở lại vào một ngày không xa & giới thiệu cho bạn bè , người thân khi về đây thăm quan , nghỉ dưỡng . Cám ơn Minh & Gia đình.

Everything was great, comfy beds, linen, towels etc seamed very new. Good appliances. High tech toilet and shower, air fryer, washing machine and dryer... Ok location. market ad small supermarket 3 minutes to walk. to old town about 30 minutes.

Hôte accueillant et flexible, petit déjeuner inclus et très bon! L'environnement est sympa et à proximité des activités sur Ninh Binh. Ils louent également des scooters sur place pour un prix raisonnable. Nous avons été très content de notre séjour ! Seul bémol : on a réservé une chambre avec vue sur bambou et on nous a finalement logé dans une chambre qui n'avait pas de vue.

Super séjour chez Tu!! Le logement est super, il y a une vue magnifique à l’arrière. Tù loue des vélos et des scooters, donc très pratique. On peut laisser les bagages à l’accueil. Le personnel est très sympathique. 5/5, je recommande à 100%.

Huongs place is very serene and quiet and faces a beautiful garden with fruit trees. The hosts brought us all a cup of passion fruit drink upon arrival which is very welcome. They are also very friendly and accomodating while being considerate enough to give you a lot of privacy. We enjoyed our stay here!
