Le prix ,tel que déterminé lors de la réservation du séjour ,comprend l’utilisation de l’hébergement et des meubles ainsi que les consommations ( eau, gaz, électricité, telecom…) . 90 % du prix pour la location appartement er 10% pour la location du mobilier . Pas de services . Pas de groupes de jeunes .

Il est situé dans un domaine verdoyant de 8000m2 au cœur du marais audomarois. Ce domaine possède son propre embarcadère pour un accès direct au marais. Location de barque à rames possible sur demande d'avril à octobre. Les pêcheurs sont les bienvenus (carte de pêche obligatoire). Restaurants, commerces de proximité et supermarchés à moins de 10 minutes en voiture.

CASA ISLA is genoemd naar onze kids Isaura en Lander. Het was onze droom om terug te keren naar de streek waar ik geboren en opgegroeid ben. De zee en de Westhoek. Op 1.4km ligt de zee en het strand met zijn strandbars, restaurants... van Nieuwpoort. Het huisje is rustig gelegen in Sunparks. U kunt van alle faciliteiten van het park genieten, wel betalend:minigolf/bowling/subtropisch zwembad /fietsverhuur/indoor speeltuin/restaurants/winkel/westcoast wellness/aquafun

Deze gezellig gerenoveerde vakantiewoning bevindt zich op vakantiedomein Sunparks Oostduinkerke, palend aan het natuurgebied ‘Doornpanne’ waar prachtige, deels beboste duinen uitnodigen tot een wandeling. Het groene achterland biedt tal van wandel- en fietsroutes. Fiets- en wandelkaarten zijn ter beschikking. Genieten van een ontspannend dagje strand ( of lekker uitwaaien aan zee ) kan op een kwartiertje stappen ( 1,5km ) in Oostduinkerke of Nieuwpoort ( 2km ).

Vriendengroep en feestjes zijn niet toegelaten Dit appartement is enkel te huur voor 1 gezin van max 4 personen. Gelieve niet te boeken als je niet aan deze voorwaarden voldoet !!

Bathroom with spacious shower. Kitchen with cooking hob, fridge, free Nespresso coffee and tea. Wi-Fi. The dike is about fifty meters from the studio. A maximum of 3 adults is allowed. I work with a key box. I do not offer any extra services. No TV.

Forest Yurt near Bruges

Our hand-made forest yurt sits in a secluded old growth forest on a private estate near medieval Bruges. The yurt is 5,5 meters (18 feet) in diameter. It sleeps 4 people comfortably, with a double bed and a double pull-out couch (but can just fit up to 5 people with an extra mattress provided). There's a wood stove & kitchenette inside. Linen, towels and organic soap/shampoo are provided.
