The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

The center of Chemnitz is only 8 km away and also easily accessible by bus (stop right outside the door). The beautiful Lichtenwalde Castle and the Baroque garden can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The area is characterized by many hiking trails, forests and quaint restaurants. Our apartment is on the first floor of the owner-occupied building. The bright and spacious apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. A separate bedroom has a double bed, the living room has a single bed and a double sofa bed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Here, up to 6 people have space to linger. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bathtub, shower and washing machine.
