Apartment in a fantastic location

Enjoy your stay in our modern furnished apartment on the edge of the Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. The quiet location directly by the forest, between the lakes Heidweiher, Borner See and Hariksee, invites you to numerous hiking tours, cycling tours and activities in the region. The Heidweiher is a natural lake swimming pool with a small beach, gastronomy and beer garden (please note rest days) within walking distance in a few minutes. Modern apartment in Krefeld-Hüls, Hygge

The cozy, 25m² apartment is on the ground floor in a quiet location at the entrance to Hüls. Good transport connections to e.g. Duisburg, Venlo, Düsseldorf MESSE, Neuss. 1 combined living room/bedroom (140cm bed), 1 hallway with wardrobe, 1 bathroom (shower, toilet) and 1 kitchen (all things for daily use available). The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

Bright apartment with view of the countryside

The rooms (38 m²) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washer and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

Move in & feel good

The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers spacious living comfort on about 80 m². It has a large living area with TV and access to the outdoor area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bedroom with single bed, couch and TV, as well as bathroom with shower. From there, you have excellent connections to the cities of Mönchengladbach, Düsseldorf and Cologne. Public transportation is minutes away.

Our place is close to Mönchengladbach in the city of Erkelenz. Düsseldorf, Aachen, Cologne and Roermond(NL) are also very easy to reach, the motorway connections are very good. Erkelenz Central Station is easy to reach.  We can offer a free pick-up and drop-off at Erkelenz station. Bringing and picking up from Düsseldorf Airport or other desired location is possible for an additional charge.

Well-being in the courtyard

An old cowshed, the love of something special and feeling warmly welcome! The apartment is embedded in an old square courtyard with a view of the inner courtyard. It's quiet and relaxed with us. Above all, you can do one thing here: feel good and breathe deeply. Find peace or work with concentration - in the lovingly renovated cowshed you will find your time out in a special ambience.

Beautiful and central

A few minutes' walk to the countryside, forests and lakes. Just a few minutes' walk to the town center where there is a Rewe market or a gas station as well as a kebab shop, a pizzeria and an Indian snack bar. By car, you can also reach the Netherlands in just under 20 minutes, where the beautiful town of Roermond and the Designer Outlet Center await you.

Monument to farm

We speak several languages : German, Dutch and English. Our apartment lies in a beautiful rural setting. With us, they can relax. Or they can spend their time with cyclists, hiking, or spades. The cycling and hiking area Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide and shopping center Maastricht, Roermond are all very close.( approx. 20 min.)
