The first parts of the property were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 0 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly furnished and offer everything your heart desires: cozy hours in front of the fireplace in winter, and relaxed evenings with a glass of wine on the veranda in summer. When furnishing, we placed emphasis on a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The suite offers tranquility and the fully glazed fireplace room invites you to dream.

Behind it, the small Welzbach stream flows, which separates the place from the vineyards with countless hiking possibilities. Our newly renovated farmhouse from 1721 is perfect for a wonderful break for up to 5 guests. The beautiful half-timbered house is located in the historic, listed courtyard in the middle of 3000 m² of terraced garden and courtyard property. Our spacious (80 m²) main apartment is on the completely renovated ground floor. On the first floor is the cozy owl's nest for 2 people. Bathroom and fully equipped, new bodega-style kitchen are also on the ground floor.
