The house is very cozy and in an exceptionally beautiful location! Heidy is very personable and everything was tiptop. The exclusive access to the lake is awesome!

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. The location is very beautiful. You can hear the cow bells as you sit outside. Peter was very nice and told us about all the activities near by. We would definitely recommend this beautiful stay!

The house was huge and had everything we needed. A nice touch was the rice cooker which is hard to come by. Will definitely visit again if I’m in the area. This is the most value for money house that we rented in Switzerland. Giuseppe was always responsive and this is important especially if guests are already in the house and needed help.

Aldo was great and his recommendations very accurate to what we needed. I loved that he communicated with us since the first moment we reserved and was also sharing pictures and sending clear instructions on our arrival.

The host is very kind and thoughtful. The condition of the accommodation is impeccable, and the scenery is even more amazing. (Actually, I talked about it just because of the scenery. It looks like a composite even though I'm looking at it with my eyes.) I was really satisfied with the sauna facilities. It can be difficult to find if the surroundings are too dark, so pay attention to the check-in time! If you're late like us, you'll have a hard time. Even though we arrived later than the original check-in time, the host was very worried that we would not be able to find the house and waited for us to check in. I just experienced the best three nights of staying at an Airbnb. I would like to begin with how Andrea helped me plan my itinerary in Switzerland without even booking her place. She was so helpful in chalking out my plan, ways to get there, local recommendations, etc. Her house is magnificent, so tasteful. Her house feels like an ultra luxury stay with most amenities one might need. My kids were so happy with the toys, books play station at her place. The location of her place makes an excellent base to explore lot of neighbouring area in central Switzerland. She recommended some great local attractions which were a delight to visit. Her house is so serene located right next to an open field. I really enjoyed stargazing sitting outdoors sipping some lovely wine. I would rate this stay a 1000/10. I would choose to stay here over any five or seven star property. Her place is not just a stay but an Airbnb experience in itself. Will stay here again for sure.

We stayed with our 2 small children in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. Many attractions can be reached in about 20-40 minutes by car, mostly via highway 2. The guided tour is highly recommended.

This place was beautiful! It’s such a peaceful spot with amazing views of the lake and quite accessible to lots to do (assuming you have a car). Everything was very clean and it felt brand new. The amenities were great, there was even a washer/dryer! Everything is automated - lights, AC, blinds. For Europe, having AC in the summer is a must and was really important to us, so we were glad that it worked seamlessly. Riad was also a great host, communicated very well and responded promptly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb in Engelberg, and it exceeded all my expectations. Nestled in the picturesque Swiss Alps, the apartment offered stunning mountain views right from the balcony. The space was impeccably clean, warm, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—from a fully stocked kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and a cozy living area. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the Engelberg town center, train station, and the Titlis cable car. There’s also a nearby Coop and plenty of restaurants and cafés to enjoy. Our host was incredibly responsive, friendly and making check-in and check-out seam.

THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM…. PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!!!! You cannot find a more beautiful place, a more respectful, responsive and hospitable hosts and staff, a cleaner apartment and a more stunning sunset in anywhere else ! The location is great and very peaceful with walking and hiking paths all around, and about 20 minutes away from Luzern ! I can not thank Nathalie and her dad, Mr. Hoffman enough for making our one month stay at their place comfortable, enjoyable and memorable! Our dog was also warmly welcomed and had an amazing time ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WOULD LOVE TO GO BACK TO IT AGAIN!

Excellent location right across the street from Brunni. Would be perfect for families with kids learning to ski. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils, and very clean. The only things that we found less than prefect were 1) sound insulation in the building was not very good. The first night, we encountered unit upstairs partying till after 2am and we could hear the yelling and music well. Lucky for us, it didn't happen again, and the host told us that they would complain to the other unit's owner if it recurs. 2) rooms run hotter than the thermostat set points. The thermostat was set to 20 when we arrived, room were at 23. We subsequently lower them to 18C, but bedrooms were still 22-23. 3) My wife and I find the mattresses soft for our personal taste. We would be happy to stay here again. I only wish I had returned the kitchen to its pristine state in our rush to the airport after my wife suffered a leg fracture skiing.

Our stay at Nora's was excellent. The apartment keeps what it promises in the pictures. Nora is extremely friendly and provided us in advance with all the necessary information about the apartment and its use. The apartment is decorated with a lot of love, so you immediately felt comfortable. We will be happy to come back!

Everything was great, we had little bit of confusion with respect to total amount to be paid to the host but that was not a big issue, place is beautiful and quite serene. One of the most difficult roads to drive to reach here but it was a thrilling experience, host did mention that the road to reach here is complicated so no complaints. In short- we will definitely visit again.

We highly recommend Esther's and Beat's holiday apartment! It's exactly as in the pictures, and the location is great - right at the cable car station, with a free bus connecting it to the village. The host is really nice and responsive. We had everything we needed and more :) There are also some toys available that our toddler appreciated.

Would stay there again

The house is located in a super location where there is no noise and no neighbors nearby. We spent 4 days in this house in the middle of April, the weather was fine, we served the table outside, walked a lot, bathed in a warm bathroom that stands in the courtyard. It snowed on the last day and it was beautiful too. Many thanks to the hosts who were always in touch and always promptly answered questions. I also want to note that the house is very functional and it is convenient that you can buy essential products on the spot.

The house was exactly what we were looking for, a fully equipped house, in the middle of the mountains. The communication with Roman was easy and fast. We walked to Engelberg pretty much everyday, it is an easy and beautiful path next to the river. We spend one week in Switzerland every year, every-time in a different location, but after these days, we wouldn’t mind coming back next year.
