Very nice place. Host is very responsive. Nice area, a lot of food near by and crescent mall a few minutes away. The pool was amazing. Easy check in.

You caught the pool and used it well. The location was good for personal reasons. However, there are several houses, so there is a little problem with the flybus. Overall, I was satisfied.

Check in was smooth as we were assisted with our luggage. My request for early check in was accepted, which was great. The place was clean and tidy. Pool was great. Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay near District 7 in a peaceful neighbourhood with all the facilities (pool, gym, bbq…) The place is beautiful, clean and comfy like we are at home! The host is always here to help, love it!

The host is very cute. The place has a very nice view. It's suitable for a group of 4.

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

This was a very easy and affordable place for my wife and I. It's in the Korean populated area, so lots of great KBBQ and other Korean restaurants within walking distance (3-5 minutes). We also went to a few different massage places, also within walking distance. The host was very responsive - they even helped me find my water bottle! The only issue I had, which wasn't a big deal for us but wanted to mention since it's super hot in HCMC, was that the AC wasn't strong enough. During the day it would get up to 24C in our room with AC on high. We were out during the day for the most part so really did not affect our stay negatively. It did take a full day to cool down our room after we first checked in. Appreciate the service and clean room!

It was a great experience

Everything was great and perfect. As per what was on the listing and exactly the same as the pictures. Place was clean, toilet was clean and spacious as well, and the bed and pillow was also comfortable. Definitely a place to comeback to stay when visiting Ho Chi Minh and this listing is definitely worth the hype and all the good reviews. Host is also very helpful, friendly and responsive catering to all my needs during my stay here. Also, there is a common area for washing and drying for your laundry which was good for long term stay as well. Overall, definitely a bang for your buck!

Location is great easy to get a grab or get picked up for tours. Check in was very easy and they even allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in so we can explore the city worry free. The place was very clean and is in a safe location. The locals are very friendly. Next time in Ho Chi Minh City I would come back and stay here.

I am from NYC on the other side of the world. I've been staying at various places on my trips to Vietnam. This place in Saigon is a great value for price, space, over look, comfort and location. The apt room is on a small narrow street all the way in the back. There are cafes, restaurants and spa on this road as well. Follow the photos they send you to find the apt. It's not the first name of the residence you see, but further inward. They have laundry and dryer machines on the common area downstairs. The bed is comfy, and place is maintained very well with good AC, lighting, natural light. Overall very safe place I'd stay here again next time. Thanks

Really great price for a beautiful apartment and the location is the best! Super close to crescent apartments and lots of delicious cafes and restaurants in the area. If you stay, I recommend going to Raum Cafe just down the road.

Communication is easy and clean, so you can rest comfortably.

Room price matches quality , The apartment is clean, the host is friendly, the pool is beautiful , when I asked for the gym she gave me clear instructions, I checked in at midnight. There are many supermarkets around, apartments take 20-25 minutes drive from the center. Very recommend.
