Excellent stay! Hannie was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or requests. The place was pleasant, tidy and spacious - very comfortable beds, excellent shower (I love some good water pressure), and quiet compared to other places in the area. But by far my favorite aspect was the view from this place. The patio looks out over the beautifully designed pool, and the view stretches across forest nested villas, over the ocean, and all the way out to the Sơn Trà peninsula. You can see the Lady Buddha easily on a less than clear day. The place is populated by quiet residents and travelers. The area surrounding the pool is serene and beautiful. It's only a short walk to the beach, which was also very clean and has a nice grassy area where we were able let our pup run free. I didn't visit the restaurant there, but it's certainly a nice looking place. Last thing - even though it's not near many restaurants, grab will deliver to this place from anywhere in Hội An or Đã Nẵng!

I don’t normally leave reviews but this place is amazing. This is my second stay here. I first stayed here for a week and it was booked up the following week so I stayed in some other places near by for a similar price range. No where else compares. Here everything is brand new and really clean. The beds and pillows are super comfortable and the bathroom has lots of amenities with a good shower. For me the AC is really important when I stay somewhere, so far this has been the only place where the AC actually chills the room properly and is almost completely silent. There is a real attention to detail with the cleaning, for example I arrived early today and the lady cleaning the room was cleaning the fan blades. There is no musty hotel smell or anything like that it genuinely feels like you’re just at someone’s home and I sleep really well here compared to other places. Also the host greet you on arrival and there are even bicycles you can borrow to get around.

Отличный комплекс с апартаментами. Есть ресепшн, поэтому заселяться и выселяться легко. У нас была комфортная квартира с гостиной, кухней и спальней. Было всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, кровать удобная, мягкая, быстрый вайфай для работы, горячая вода. Также нам предлагали уборку раз в два дня. На крыше был небольшой бассейн и тренажерный зал. Единственное, если у вас нет машины или мопеда, то район не очень подходящий. Близко до пляжа, но далеко до интересных ресторанов и кафе.

We really enjoyed our two week stay. The location was so great - easy walks to restaurants, the beach and more and getting a Grab out in front of the building was also very fast. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the communication was outstanding. We would stay here again.

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

We had an amazing time staying with Hang. They were very kind and hospitable, making sure that we were very comfortable throughout our entire stay. The host family living on the ground floor was extremely nice and not imposing at all. They gave us great recommendations for things to do in Da Nang, and looked after us by giving us fresh fruits and snacks. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The jacuzzi on the roof is a god send after a long day out in the heat. Highly recommend this place for any group travelling to Da Nang.

步行大概五分钟就能到达海滩，周围有便利店和餐厅等，十分方便。房东很热情，回应迅速，房间和照片一样，整洁干净，我们度过了很开心的一段时光。

Villa Hyatt 3 bedrooms in Da Nang is spacious, luxurious, has a private pool and direct access to the beach, suitable for families or groups of friends. Professional service, full amenities, but prices are quite high during peak season. It's very cheap compared to the value. Highly recommend . 100%

A very beautiful house located a bit away from the center. But it is still a calming and safe area. The house is well designed and equipped. Most of the rooms have its own bathroom. The master bedroom is so big and beautiful. There's a massage chair right under the stair. Everything was fine. However, on the last day of our stay, the electric was overloaded and it turned off whenever we want to use the chair. A hair dryer in a bathroom got burned with smoke and fire when my sister was using it because it was a cheap one. I think they should try to give the guests better hair dryers. And when we checked out, a staff girl complained about we have emptied the used/emptied bottles and cans which she has saved in a corner of the front yard. My sisters thought it was trash and emptied them... It was unprofessional and a weird way for us to end our stay. However, I still give them max star and recommend this place.

최고의 숙소 중 하나입니다. 가족 여행 시 리조트나 호텔 커넥팅 룸과 비교할 수 있는데요. 조식은 베트남에사 일찍 여는 식당들이 많기 때문에(심지어 미슐랭 박는 식당들도 7시에 염) 그냥 나가서 사 드시는 게 훨씬 좋습니다. 저는 5박 숙박하면서 아침으로 건물 내 있는 여러 식당 이용했는데요 모두 맛이 좋았습니다. 숙소에는 경비원이 상주하여 안전하며, 건물 주민들도 점잖습니다. 주변이 시끄럽다거나 소음도 없었습니다. 무엇보다 다낭 전경을 내려다 보는 뷰가 좋습니다. 위치는 어딜 가든 그랩으로 금방 이동합니다. 어차피 다낭에서는 더위 때문에 도보 거리라는 게 의미가 없어요. 택시비가 매우 저렴하기도 하구요. 숙소 정말 추천합니다. 특히 5-6인 여행객에게는 최고의 선택일 수 있습니다.

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! The apartment is beautiful and relaxing and Linh was a very proactive and friendly host, making sure that we were looked after and any thing that came up was sorted promptly and kindly! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang. It’s close to great restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and getting around the city was really easy. One major plus: the A La Carte Hotel is a designated pickup point for the shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills (booked through Klook), which made our day trip there super smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes steamer, not a common amenity in most Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The lobby and elevator smell absolutely amazing. The reception desk was also very kind, courteous, and helpful despite having no obligation to assist Airbnb guests as we did not book with the hotel itself. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Studio in a resort setting; the place was clean and very well equipped where I felt like home. Been thru several places in Vietnam, and this place stands out to me. Beach is a pleasant 5 min or less walk with several pools, beach loungers, grass / green space; literally resort lifestyle but staying in your own apartment experience. Austin and Lenh were also excellent hosts responding to all inquiries. I rarely say this with AirBNBs, but would definitely stay again 👍🏻
