Excellent view, great service and very good value for money

Located in a great area with lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Plenty of room for my family of 6. Home had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Highly Recommended!

말그대로 럭셔리 가족여행다녀왔어요 ㅋㅋ 강가 뷰는 그림같고 인테리어도 새집처럼 아주 고급지더라구요 눈호강도 했네요 ㅎㅎㅎ 3층구조인데 4 베드룸이라서 가족끼리와도 서로 얼굴 붉힐일없이 사생활도 보호되고 아주편했어요 풀장도 겁나크고 깨끗해서 아들이랑 조카들이랑 물놀이 실컷하다왔네요 ㅎㅎ 무엇보다 픽업차량도 완조니고급지고 호스트님도 레스토랑예약 ~투어까지 다 알아봐주셔서 풀코스대접받는기분이라 최고여써요.... 다이슨 드리이기, 주방도구 비데등 없는게 없고 아이들용품도 빌려주셔서 최고였땁니다.아이들있고 가족여행생각하시는분들 무조건 요기예약하셔유....ㅎ

가족여행 숙소로 좋은 선택이였어요. 리조트 공용 풀장과 해변도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 위치입니다. 사진처럼 숙소도 깨끗했고 넓었어요. 호스트도 친절해요. 한국어 소통도 가능했습니다. 덕분에 즐거운 가족여행 보냈습니다.

숙소 너무 좋아서 여행 자체를 만족스럽게 다녀왔네요 친구들끼리 갔는데 사진으로 보는것보다 수영장도 넓고 깊어서 좋고 방마다 에어컨, 욕실 다 너무 잘돼있어서 편했어요 하나도 흠잡을곳없이 재밌게 잘 푹쉬다 갑니다 호스트분도 친절하시고 연락도 잘받아주셔서 좋았어요 너무 좋아요 숙소

The trip ended with a very pleasant feeling about the accommodation. The house was spacious with many amenities, and air conditioning throughout. My Khe Beach was just a few minutes' walk away, and there were many supermarkets nearby, and the place was also close to a bustling local market. The location was very valuable, and the host was very kind. I will return here again.

숙소 위치 및 청결도, 시설 모두 만족합니다. 바로 앞 큰 마트에 모든 필요 물품을 편하게 구입 가능하여 좋습니다.

평화롭고 한적한 휴가를 즐길 수 있습니다. 2 가족이 머무르기에 좋습니다. 체크인전 출입방법을 더 명확하게 안내해주시면 좋을것 같습니다. 몇호 빌라인지 미리 안내해주시면 체크인이 더 수월하게 진행될 듯 합니다.

Рекомендую Brian как отличного хозяина! Квартира соответствовала описанию, заселение прошло легко и без проблем! Также Браян помог с специальной просьбой и подарил букет к Дню рождения моей мамы который пришелся на даты проживания! Однозначно рекомендую

I had a lovely stay, I really liked the large balcony area, I could see the sun set in the distance and always nice to get fresh air. There are shops, coffee shops, gyms and restaurants close by. Everything you need. A cosy spacious studio apartment at a good price.

가격대비 훌륭했습니다. 다만 숙소에 개미가 있어서 힘들었는데 빠르게 처리 해주었습니다. 직원들은 모두 친절하고 많은것을 도와주었으며 감사했습니다.

Clean place, close to the beach.

Beautiful home and beach with wonderful amenities. The view is breathtaking and the apartment is just a short grab ride from everything. The host was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely book again the next time we are in Vietnam.

I really enjoyed my three-month stay here. The room is spacious and airy, and the housekeepers kept it very clean. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, while street trees provide privacy by blocking the view from the buildings across the street. The kitchen, air conditioning, bathroom, washing machine, and internet all worked well. The host was easy to contact and very responsive. The only thing that bothered me was that a nearby bar occasionally played loud music. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

숙소는 깨끗하고 한강 주변에 있어서 강뷰도 너무 훌륭했습니다. 다낭 중심지에 있어 어디를 가든 빠른 이동이 가능했습니다. 다음에 다낭에 다시 올때도 이용하고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! The apartment is beautiful and relaxing and Linh was a very proactive and friendly host, making sure that we were looked after and any thing that came up was sorted promptly and kindly! Zung Zung a été une hôte exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour. Toujours disponible, réactive et attentionnée, elle a largement dépassé nos attentes en mettant à disposition baignoire, chaise haute et jouets pour notre bébé — un vrai plus pour les familles ! L'appartement est bien agencé, fonctionnel et très confortable, avec une literie de qualité. Le quartier est calme, résidentiel et agréable à vivre, avec des boulangeries et des jeux pour enfants juste en bas de l’immeuble. La piscine est un vrai bonheur, et les promenades le long de la rivière, à deux pas, sont particulièrement agréables. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

최고의 숙소였어요! 하얏트 내에서도 레지던스B가 위치가 제일 좋은거 같은데, 레지던스B 1층이니 더할나위없이 좋았어요! 수영장도 가까이 있고, 놀이터도 마당으로 연결 되어 있어 편하게 이용 하였답니다! 호스트도 정말 친절하고, 응답도 빨리 해주셔서 불편함 없었어요~ 다음에도 여기 예약 하려고 합니다!^^

n general, highly recommended. Very easy communication, good internet, nice view, pleasant smell, and clean. Great and central location. The only thing to improve would be the mattress in the 1 smaller bedrom (it was just thin foam instead of a proper mattress).
