O espaço era muito espaçoso, tinha ar condicionado em todas as divisões. O jacuzi grande mas acabamos por não usar 😅! A menina Huong foi muito atenciosa e ajudou em tudo sempre que foi preciso. Sempre que tínhamos alguma dúvida a menina Huong ajudou sempre muito! ☺️ Quem tiver dificuldade em dormir com muita luz, trazer uma venda é obrigatório! Recomendo muito.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and each had its own private bathroom – a huge plus. The place was impeccably clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. The host was exceptionally responsive and readily assisted us with an emergency weather situation. Highly recommended! 💯🥰

Absolutely amazing apartment & hosts. It felt very homely which allowed me to thoroughly relax when at home. A great location for a short walk to Hoàn Kièm lake & train street. Fantastic restaurants close by with many ethnicities to choose from. Aha Cafe across the street had best coffee around & staff always greated me with a smile which made me feel very welcome. Lastly, I was left wanting nothing from the hosts. Uyen & Nhung regularly checked in to ensure i was comfortable & even supported me when I needed a parcel delivered from overseas. I cannot recommend this apartment enough & will definitely be staying there again.

Mình đã có một trải nghiệm rất dễ chịu tại căn hộ này! Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi như mô tả – có máy lạnh, nước nóng, wifi mạnh và giường rất thoải mái. Vị trí thuận tiện, gần nhiều quán ăn, cửa hàng tiện lợi và dễ dàng di chuyển đến các địa điểm du lịch. Chủ nhà thân thiện, phản hồi nhanh và hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. Mình đặc biệt thích không gian yên tĩnh và cảm giác riêng tư ở đây. Rất phù hợp cho cả nghỉ ngơi và làm việc.

I felt right at home the moment I arrived at the apartment. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their adorable cats were the sweetest, so cute and cuddly. It was such a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay :)

We loved our stay here! It was so great we ended up extending!! Super clean and comfortable, love the layout of the space. The housekeeping lady is absolutely lovely, so friendly and sweet. Good location - super walkable to some nice cafes and beautiful restaurants. But also quiet and tucked away from the chaos. We highly recommend Nam’s place! (Check out the Japanese restaurant downstairs beside the entry, you won’t be disappointed!)

We had a good experience with this host, we extended a few times without any issues, attended to our needs when required. The home got a great view of the lake and the surrounding city, great shopping mall downstairs. only downside is that the pool is not 100% useable without registration by the owner, so if you intend on using it, make sure to write it to the owner.

I'm satisfied with my vacation here. The place is private, which I highly appreciate. We can do everything on our own, with the 247 support from the staff whenever needed. Surely will comeback~

i had a pleasant stay at Chau's place. The room was spacious, and the bed and sofa are comfortable. The place is also serene and private, while interior wise looks modern. I would recommend the place if you stay in Hanoi. Easy to check in and check out.

Nice space and comfortable room. Quiet building. Cool Japanese quarter although, it was hard to find some Vietnamese food around. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the tub of the shower is a little impractical but still okay! Otherwise host was very responsive and it was a pleasant stay. Thank you.

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! Lily’s apt is my preferred place to stay when I’m in Hanoi. The luxury apt has all the amenities of living at home. The apt is comfortable & the host we very helpful.

Apartment is nice and clean, well equipped. Basic necessities are provided. Sheets are clean. Enjoyed my stay. Overall, a good place.

If you stay longer in Hà Nội very good place, very quite you can have good sleep and just take a grab when you want go to the city.

Superb location. Close to most of the place we wanted to visit and we were able to return to the apartment during the day to drop off stuff and rest during the hot summer days. Loan is also a proactive communicator. He gave very clear instructions and was super responsive. Lastly, the apartment itself is just so elegant, making me not want to leave. It’s a dream house to me. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi!

The apartment location in Tay Ho area is really good because you have lots of restaurants around, supermarkets…. The apartment was nice and clean. Linh (the host) was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay there.

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment beside West Lake in Hanoi. The view from the balcony was stunning—peaceful lake by day, sparkling cityscape by night. The apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The location is ideal, with cafés, restaurants, and local attractions just a short walk away. It offered the perfect blend of Hanoi’s vibrant culture and calm lakeside charm. Our host was friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Es war die beste Unterkunft auf unserer 3 monatigen Vietnam Reise. So viel Platz!!! 2 Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Tolle Rückzugsmöglichkeiten! Balkon, Waschmaschine, Küche. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Was uns sehr gefallen hat ist dass dort keine Touristen wohnen, sondern eher Einheimische und koreanische Expats. Direkt daneben ist ein Vincom Center. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut! Eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man Hanoi auf eine nicht touristische Weise erkunden will, weit von Touristenfallen. Excellent!
