This place is 3km away from Grand Theatre and Haiphong Train Station, 2.5km from the Haiphong airport. It's just 1km away from the Go Supermarket. There are a lot of stores and markets nearby to do your shopping. My family owns the place and can help if you need anything. As locals, we are happy to give you recommendations on restaurants and food places :) The room is for non-smokers and is equipped with air-conditioning, hot water, closet, wifi. It's a spacious room for maximum 2 people.

On the 4th floor is a balcony and drying yard. My house is preferred for long-term rental, from 1 month or more.

Nhà chỉ cách ga tàu Hải Phòng 10’ đi xe máy. Xung quanh đi bộ 3-5’chợ dân buổi sáng,tiệm tạp hóa,và hàng quán ăn uống. Cách 600m hướng về phía ga tàu có siêu thị Co.op mart lớn. Đi bộ thêm 300m ngay sát 2 điểm food tour chợ Lương Văn Can và đường Lê Lợi. Xe máy có thể để được tối đa 3 xe. Khách đỗ ô tô cần đi lên hướng trung tâm 600m,đỗ dưới chân siêu thị Co.op mart. Nhà có trang bị thêm giường extra nếu khách đi quá 5 người (không quá 7 người).
