Vacation rentals with a patio in Newberry

Ludivine’s place was exactly what I needed for my stay during my graduation weekend. Her place is really cute and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which came in handy when traveling with two other guests! The apartment was only 10 mins away from the University of Florida and was in a great location. Lots of food and shopping in a close proximity. The unit itself was very cute, clean, and even had games to play! There is a full kitchen and coffee maker, with coffee. Also a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry! Ludivine was very responsive and even let us know the apartment was ready for early check in. Would absolutely recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in Gainesville!

Everything was as expected. Beautiful home, great neighborhood, clear communication. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a bit difficult to find in the dark but that one’s on us. Otherwise it was quiet, peaceful stay. The location is near to plenty of restaurants and shops for needs and wants. When we’re in Gainesville again we’ll see if this one’s available.

This condo was very easy to get to and super close to shopping and restaurants. Marcos was always very responsive if I had any questions or needed to reach out for anything. The units/neighborhood are on the older side, but Marcos has done a great job of updating with many modern upgrades. The unit has everything you need and is quite cozy. The area is pretty quiet aside from the interstate traffic, which isn't bad at all. Thanks for a providing a great place to stay!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We stayed here for 4 days to attend my mother's 95th birthday celebration. We were a party of eight(8). The house had plenty of space for all of us. The beds were nice and comfortable and worked out well for four (4) couples. The bathrooms had plenty of hot water and nice water pressure. The primary suite was separated on the main floor from the other bedrooms. The bedroom was nicely decorated and comfortable with a nice walk in closet. The main bathroom had a double sink with plenty of room for a couple to easily get dressed. The bed was very comfortable and lots of pillows to choose from. The other bedrooms were also nicely decorated with one of the bedrooms having easy access to the Hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of kitchen accessories. We were able to cook some nice meals and have a few family members over for meals. The host was very responsive and by far this was one of the best places we have ever stayed.

Enjoyed my stay. Very nice property! First time staying in an Air B&B on this side of Gainesville. Very comfortable! Modern! Beautiful home. .. New Construction is going on next door so that was my only concern but other wise great experience. I would stay here again.

We stayed here while in Gainesville for evaluation testing at Shands. The place was clean, quiet, safe, and up to date—exactly what we needed. It was also in a great location and easy to access. The only surprise was that it was upstairs, which I hadn’t realized when booking. I’ll be sure to specify no stairs for future stays, but otherwise everything was great. I’d definitely recommend staying here again!

This is our second stay at Southern Sun Cottage as we traveled with my parents and daughter for softball in Newberry. We enjoy the privacy, surrounding land and seeing that foals had been born since our last stay. The cottage is always clean, relaxing and has everything you might need for your stay. Any questions are always met with a quick, helpful response from Catherine. I would recommend this to anyone looking to kick back and relax. If our daughter's softball journey brings us back to Newberry we will be staying here again.

We loved our stay. The property was beautiful and peaceful - we enjoyed the 2 porches to enjoy the lovely oaks and nature. The cottage was lovely with everything you could need in the kitchen and bath etc. The furnishings were nice quality and we felt right at home - we hope to be back! EJ was great to communicate with and answered every need quickly. Thanks for a great stay!

BEAUTIFUL cabin at the springs! My husband and I are always looking for new spots at the springs we are so glad we came here. We decided to come here for an early babymoon to relax at the springs away from busy summer at state parks. The Cabin so cozy and has all the comforts of home. There is also so many deer on the property they are always out around dusk or late afternoon it was so fun to see them! It is a very easy walk to the neighborhood private dock from the cabin and also quick walk when you get off the river back to the cabin (dock was recently redone). We estimated 10 mins walk from cabin to dock and then 10 mins walk from river exit to cabin. High Springs had great options for food and cutest coffee shop. We plan to go back sometime in the future. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jeremy's house. Not only did everything we expected to find work, there were more bits and pieces than we had expected. The pool and games room were easy to get into and there were special towels set out for pool use, and pool cues for the games room. The estate is well kept and we had one day of grass cutting, leaf blowing and routine maintenance while we were there. We didn't hire a car, but Uber found us every time we sent for one. Altogether very good.

The place was beautiful and clean! They had extra towels and linens, and lots of utensils and cooking ware! Mustafa was friendly and responsive!

This was a nice little spot! The laminate wood flooring throughout gave the unit a really nice feel, and everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having easily accessible charging plugs right next to the bed – so convenient! The water pressure in the shower was also great. Beyond the practicalities, the inside was quite stylish. It offered a comfortable amount of space for one person or a couple. The location was great for my needs, offering easy access to Gainesville while being just on the outskirts of the University of Florida. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb!

The unit was meticulously neat and clean. You have a great cleaning crew! Not a smudge on the white cabinets. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and you have everything you need if you want to cook and eat in. There’s a complete set of kitchen appliances including Keurig coffee maker. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean with lots of closet space. The grab bar in the shower is helpful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The place is easy to find, a short drive to shopping area and lots of restaurants. 3 suggestions, maybe an ice tray cube in the freezer for when you have water jugs that you want fill up with ice and water to take out with you. Also maybe a bigger shower head, an inexpensive upgrade that will boost its look and functionality. And an extra towel hook in the bathroom. Overall a very nice place, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended.

This Airbnb had everything you could possibly need! Everything was clean, spacious, kitchen had everything you could need, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. This Airbnb was located close to everything including stores such as Walmart, Publix, Whole Foods but also cool places such as Sweet Water Wetlands and Paynes Prairie. Overall, felt right at home.

More than amazing property! The location was great and centrally located to everything. The interior of this location is beyond amazing!!! Everything in here was immaculate! This was a last minute need for us while in town and I had messaged the host and she was available very on demand and was very responsive to getting our reservation going and set up. This host was amazing and very responsive and even offered to extend our stay as my project was pending ending (I wasn’t sure if my work project was done yet or not), this host was very patient and understanding and offered to extend my stay. I love all the personal art in this unit and all the personal touches. The hot tub and back yard are also beyond amazing and immaculate. Also, fully stocked with some games which we did enjoy during our stay! The monopoly game was very much fun! This would be a truly ultimate location to visit in prime sports season as well if traveling with a larger party! Highly recommend this unique property!

Sara and Diego were very responsive and answered all of our questions. They were great hosts. The condo was spotless and well equipped for our extended family visit to UF for our daughter's graduation. It was an easy drive to UF and plenty of space for our extended family. Highly recommend for large families traveling to see students. Close to the whole foods market center to either walk or short drive. Lots of restaurants and shops. Thanks, Sara and Diego!

We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb, conveniently located near the university, which made our visit for our daughter's graduation so much easier. The proximity allowed us to take Ubers back and forth from her place, sparing us from the heavy graduation traffic. The house was impeccably equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A thoughtful touch was the snacks left for us, which we greatly appreciated. Our host was incredibly responsive, making the entire experience even smoother. Overall, the location was everything we needed, and we would highly recommend this Airbnb to others!
