With the feel of a modern farmhouse but the tenth of the size you will feel right at home! Our tiny home sits on an acre of land overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest VA. Nestled right between downtown Blacksburg (10min) and the New River (10min), there is so much to do and explore. A few miles off Prices Fork, close to gas/groceries yet between VT and RU! The Boat House

The Boat House is a newly remodeled studio space. It’s a unique place to stay, located on a private dead end road right on the water with beautiful views it’s 5 minutes from I 81. Perfect for Virginia Tech home sporting events. It’s also perfect for Virginia Tech and Radford University Graduations, weekend or weekly family getaway. You will have access to the dock on the property for fishing and swimming, there is available space at the dock if you have your own watercraft.

Blue Ridge Parkway, soaking tub, hot tub, internet, coffee, hiking, and a view in Fancy Gap. Great for groups. What is needed for Glamping? Clothes, food, We have everything else covered! we own a nice fishing spot 3 miles away that my guests are welcome to. Mother Earth is super comfy with plush blankets washed between each stay, comfortable seating and open the dome to enjoy that fresh mountain air! There is a propane fireplace and a minisplit for heat/ac.

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Modern Cabin w/ Hot Tub - Romantic Retreat

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). For larger groups, check out the guest house next door (Airbnb: Guest House on Homestead near Floyd/Blacksburg). ~10 miles to Floyd, ~20 miles to Blacksburg, ~35 miles to Roanoke.

Near by biking, hiking, swimming and kayaking. All wood floors. Top level is living and kitchen area. 2 steps down to bedroom and bathroom area. Large deck and outdoor firepit.
