Vacation rentals with a fireplace in New Brunswick

Our stay was more beautiful than we could possibly have imagined. The stunning landscape right out the back never ceased taking our breath away, with some profound sunsets right over the bay. We loved sitting on the deck with our books and coffee, and especially loved walking down along the water, watching the tide go out and in. The restfulness of everything was absolutely healing and rejuvenating. Between the views, the beach, the critters (we saw the fox and some deer), the deck, and the easy communication with the host, staying here again would be a reason to revisit Nova Scotia, which is a 16 hour drive from our home! But it was totally worth it. I should also mention that there were too many amenities to take advantage of in the week we stayed there!

Absolutely gorgeous property! The pictures don’t do it enough justice. Hosts have thought of everything, so much attention to detail. It was a true luxury experience. Favourite airbnb to date. We were all sad to leave. Thanks for providing such a wonderful place and memory!

Another great stay. The kitchen has all the amenities you would need. The place is clean and welcoming with comfortable beds, lovely big bathrooms. But the best part of the stay are the evenings out on the deck watching the ever changing views across the Minas basin over to Cape Blomidon where the setting sun provides spectacular sunsets every evening and if you’re lucky you’ll catch sight of the bald eagles that live nearby

This accommodation is as described, it is large, very clean, super comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is well-equipped, there is everything you need for a long stay. It's like a hotel… bathrobe and sandals for access to the spa. Fantastic! Luc and Sylvie were present and at the same time very discreet. The views are beautiful. A more than perfect stay. Thank you! Relevant information for guests with reduced mobility; there is no toilet on the ground floor.

Great spot just outside the city, yet still close to amenities. House was VERY clean, clear instructions given and hot tub was perfect with the view of the lake. Kayaks were so fun and easy to set up off the dock. Definitely recommend.

Stunning location and an absolutely wonderful airbnb! Chris was very responsive and helpful and the house was very clean with everything you could possibly need and then some! Very comfortable bed and thoughtful touches throughout the entire airbnb. We felt right at home. The view is spectacular- do yourself a favour and stay for as long as you can. You will not regret it! Lots to do in Digby and the surrounding areas however we ended up spending more time just relaxing on the beautiful oceanfront deck and walking through the rocky beach. If I could give more than 10 stars, I would! Already dreaming of returning.

We only stayed one night at the apartment but it was a great space, clean and comfortable and the area was very walkable. Keelen is a very attentive host and communicated everything very well. We were really happy with how easy it was to check in and the apartment was well equipped with essentials and more. We would definitely stay in this lovely apartment again the next time we are in Fredericton. Thanks Keelen!

Hands down the best AirBnb experience we've had! The place met every expectation we needed for a long-term stay, and Judy went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. Timely responses to questions, proactively messaging us with important information about her place and the local area, and treating us like family are just a few of the reasons we hope to return soon. We won't stay anywhere else in the Sussex area so long as the Beehive is available. Thanks, Judy, we had a wonderful time and looking forward to seeing the Beehive again!

Julie’s place was excellent! A lovely welcome note, coffee and a few adult beverages to greet us - everything was perfect!! Julie set up the BBQ without prompting and made sure we had everything for a great family meal out on the deck ❤️ Would definitely stay here again - highly recommended!!

Bright and airy space. Beautifully decorated and incredible architectural details. Nice modern blinds. Everything you could ever need for a stay away. Such good value for the price. The little cafe in the same building such a nice touch.

We loved our stay, everything was perfect. We had a view of the lake and the location was perfect for us close to the bike path. I would highly recommend it 😃

Jonathan’s place was clean and comfortable with a contemporary feel. It’s in a great location with lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance! Also having a parking spot so close to the unit was very convenient. It’s a great spot for anyone looking to explore uptown Saint John :)

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was very clean and modern, and the complimentary beers were a delicious bonus. Great location, walkable from everything downtown. And about 30 seconds away from the awesome Graystone brewery next door— but you would never know it given how quiet and private it was inside. Host was helpful and responsive when we had questions. 10/10 would stay here again!

Moira’s place is stunning. We had a great time at her place. Very responsive to messages. Had all the amenities listed in the listing. Kitchen was big enough to feel a large group like us. Kids had enough space to run around and utilize the game room. The living room space with the reclining chairs were perfect! Placing the shuffleboard beside the living room is genius. We even had tournaments 😂. Overall, we loved it. I wish the road to the lodge was better. But that’s not on Moira. We would love to come back in peak summer to take advantage of the lake.

The only thing less pleasant is the dishwasher that doesn't wash well even when choosing the more intense mode. Maybe the owner doesn't know? But it's not enough to give less stars, the place is beautiful, large, clean, peaceful, there is absolutely everything to help you out! (Except for the batteries.😂 We bought them to be able to operate the TV for our little ones on the 2nd night, the batteries of the controller were empty, obviously we left them for the next visitors) It's really a beautiful place worth visiting! Even more so if you have good weather to enjoy the outdoors! 😍 The beds are also comfortable! What more could you ask for! 😃 Thank you, Ms. Nadyne! We look forward to welcoming you!

Great stay.

We had a lovely stay for a men’s golf trip at Corrine’s. The place was beautiful, incredible views and scenery, nicely landscaped. The house was large, lots of space for 8 guys, comfortable beds, and great outdoor hangout space. The water at the beach was very warm. We were able to get a shuttle into Moncton for a evening out, and no trouble getting back to the spot after our evening. Highly recommend the place!

It was an interesting stay for the host and for our group. First, I got a message that the air conditioning had failed the day before we arrived and the repair people were not available until after our stay. So the hosts put fans in all of the rooms! Then the hurricane came and it was not safe to stay. We left the day the hosts were coming to secure the house for the storm. And they initiated a refund for the days we could not stay! You can’t ask for more from hosts! The house is lovely and a great place to stay!

Melodus retreat was absolutely pristine. We had such an amazing time created great core memories, and loved every second of our stay here! Honestly, we really didn’t wanna leave! We didn’t even have to leave the cottage. We had so much to do on site. The kids had an amazing time as did The adults! It was the absolute perfect family home for myself and my friends to kick off this summer! Host was always super attentive and easy to get a hold of we. We even got to check in a little bit early, which was super awesome! Definitely hope we can return 🤞🏼😍 would like to remind everyone to bring a lot of bug spray. The bugs definitely would have taken over if we didn’t have bug spray! overall wonderful , relaxing experience!!

The accommodations in this heritage property are outstanding- super charming, quant, and yes very romantic. It offers plenty of peace and quiet, as it is very remote. Advocate Harbour is a tiny place, perfect to explore Cape D’Or and the nearby red rocks in Chignecto Park. It’s a bit out of the way, so expect a bit of a journey, but the payoff at the end (the lighthouse) is worth it. The host left a lovely selection of continental food for breakfast, homemade granola, and some local confitures. Very nice.
