We wanted to provide generous comfort while preserving the authenticity of the premises. The fully equipped Duroy house has one bedroom and an extra bed (one person) in the living room. Located between Le Mans, the Alpes Mancelles and Sainte-Suzanne. - On the ground floor, a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. - Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, 2 single 90 x 190 cm beds, and a toilet. The accommodation benefits from games, books, balloons, and bath towels. This small house is attached to our home.

Studio includes a large living room 50m² with a kitchen and a bathroom, including a mezzanine for sleeping. The studio is completely renovated. Located in the Sarthe, 30 mins from Le Mans (24H/Mans), 40mins from Laval and 15 mins from Sablé sur Sarthe. It's a peaceful and rejuvenating place. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

nice apartment in the center of a small village. it is 5 minutes from Conlie where you will find all the shops and services, the World War II museum 15 minutes from Sillé-le-Guillaume where you can go around the lake, enjoy the beach (supervised), pedal boats, windsurfing, discover the Sillé forest by marked hiking trails etc.... 25 min from the center of Le Mans (24-hour circuit, museum...) very nice village to see and much more...

We offer accommodation in a recently restored, quiet and pleasant old stable. You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.

A Rural retreat in the countryside

Farmhouse situated in 1,5 h of gardens and lakes. The gite is set within spacious gardens, offering a regenerative space for mind and spirit in natural surroundings with peaceful sounds of the countryside. As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.
