The raw construction look is intentional. First-class transport links with bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn, 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 meters to the lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you are in the city or at the fair in 20 minutes.

After my wife and I (as well as our dog) were greeted very friendly and warmly by Christina and her husband, a briefing in the apartment followed. We expected a lovingly furnished apartment, with amenities that left nothing to be desired. Dishes, cutlery, pots and so on, everything you need was available and waiting to be used. Particularly noteworthy, sewing kit for small emergencies and a small FIRST AID bag were there. Even for our dog, food and water bowls were available (dog says THANK YOU). The entire apartment made a very clean, well-kept and cozy impression, this impression was reinforced by the lovingly distributed accessories in the apartment. It was just beautiful…….. Since the apartment is in the backyard, the street noise did not disturb at any time. An extremely cozy porch and a private parking space complete the positive overall impression. At Steffi's, you can relax wonderfully. The large kitchen and large sofa offer enough space for 4 people. There were three of us and we had a great time, also thanks to great terrace weather. The communication was super friendly and uncomplicated. Everything was clean and nicely prepared. Right in front of the house is a large green area with a slide. Certainly also very convenient with children.

We used to stay in the Paulusviertel and came for a nostalgia trip. I was a bit skeptical about the proximity to the concrete desert Halle Neustadt. But Nietleben is, so to speak, its own old district, and the apartment is located in a lovingly decorated brick cottage. Inside also everything very tasteful, very large kitchen and large balcony facing south overlooking the countryside. However, a bathroom for 5-6 people already needs some arrangement. Very dog-friendly, right outside the door around Bruchsee for walking. We were by car and so you are Ruck Zuck in the city and elsewhere, with the public transport it is a bit of the tram. Nice hosts, highly recommended!
