Since the apartment is on the upper ground floor and has it's private door, you will experience the beauty of little courtyard. There is low traffic on the Woonerf street where the flat is and the neighborhood of the railway station is its next advantage.

The tenement house went through a comprehensive revitalisation in 2019, and all apartments, including ours, are new. Piotrkowska Street is the real heart of Łódź, and our apartment is in the heart of that heart :) It's not easy to find a better spot in Łódź :) The apartment is ideal for short trips and longer stays for 2-3 people. It is functional and fully equipped.
