The apartment is decorated in a relaxed way respecting good taste, providing luxury and ease of life. It is a new build (finished in 2015). The front balcony is 50 square meter, fitted with full length remote controlled tent providing shade to the table, four seats and if required also to the two chaises longues/deck chairs. The view from the balcony also includes the Acropolis and even the Saronic bay is in your eyes if you wish to mix ancient Greek history with the sea in just an eye view

Cozy modern 1 bedroom 1st floor apartment with own private entrance. Located 2 minutes walk away from "Neo Faliro" train station. Close to markets, hair-dress, bakery and coffee shops. Metropolitan Hospital , Karaiskakis stadium and peace and friendship stadium are near by the apartment. Easy transportation access to Piraeus port or El. Venizelos airport by train and bus.The apartment is in a very convenient location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Penthouse, a very bright apartment with large balconies with a nice view, where it is very cozy to spend the evenings. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant time. Nearby there is a famous shopping center with many shops, as well as supermarkets. The bus stop is 100 meters away, and the nearest metro station is a 10-15 minute walk from which you can get to the historical center of Athens in 15 minutes and to the port of Piraeus in 5 minutes. Free easy parking around the house.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και αρκετά ευρύχωρο. Όσο για τον οικοδεσπότη, ο κύριος Δημήτριος, ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και φιλόξενος.

Unique Apartme Ideal for Couples

Great room and furniture. Walkable distance to metro/bus. Very clean and 100% recommended. Very responsive, feel like home !! Note: the building entrance is bit old and elevator too. But we enjoyed.. kind of adventurous ride.

Ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που περιμέναμε! Πεντακάθαροι και προσεγμένοι όλοι οι χώροι. Τεράστιο μπαλκόνι με θέα. Νοιώσαμε πολύ άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή που μπήκαμε. Σημαντικό ότι το κάθε δωμάτιο είχε το μπάνιο του. Η απόλυτη άνεση!!! Ο χώρος του σαλονιού ι είναι πολύ άνετος και μεγάλος. Μακάρι να μπορούσαμε να μείνουμε περισσότερες ημέρες Την επόμενη φορά που θα ξαναέρθουμε θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή.

First and foremost, the place is gorgeous, it’s sweet, welcoming and peaceful. It’s located in a great place very close to the metro station so we could enjoy the destination and return for naps very comfortably. The lace was very clean, which is a huge plus. The owner also helped us with some tips and recommendations to the around and maximize the experience. Honestly I would recommend it to anybody who would come travel in Greece from far away like us. We’ll definitely visit again, thank you so much ❤️

Everything was great! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures I already knew the area which is very nice and has great transport options for local sightseeing (Piraeus is just a metro stop away Athens center is about 15 minutes by metro the station is very close by, also using the close by Tram station you can tour the seaside suburbs of Athens). The place was very clean and the hosts are superb not only did they respond very quickly they were also proactively checking in to make sure everything was going well for us. All in all one of the best experiences that I’ve had with Airbnb
