A simply furnished but particularly spacious and bright house for a relaxing stay in Stubai. This family-friendly home is centrally located in the valley, in Kampl town. Therefore, you can go all the way for skiing, tobogganing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, swimming, and much more. A supermarket, bus stop, playground and a lake with recreation and restaurants are within walking distance. Upon request, the bakery will arrive at home. The city of Innsbruck and the airport are only 20 minutes away.

Our house is located in the rear valley area, off the main road, in a very quiet location. Large garden and terrace with garden furniture. Sat TV in living room, TV with DVD player in bedroom. Microwave and dishwasher available, daily bread roll service is offered. Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, bus stop (bus free with guest card!!! ) very close! Large storage room for bicycles, slate,...... waste separation. We like to speak German, English and Spanish.

Cozy attic 53sqm, 2 rooms (living room, bedroom) kitchen, bathroom, utility room and balcony with fantastic views of Neustift and the mountains. Quiet location, bus stop and supermarket 5 min. downhill within walking distance, to Kampler See with refreshments 10 min. Free parking in front of the house. I also rent an room with bathroom and private access on the ground floor, which can be combined. Prices INCLUDE city tax €2.80 per night per person.
