Vacation rentals with a patio in Nea Poteidaia

Mrs. Natasa was impeccable as a host, gave clear instructions for the location of the apartment, did not require us to leave the place before 11, as is usually the case. She was perfectly cooperative. The house was very modernly furnished, with all the essentials (e.g. bottled water, iron/ironing board, various coffee machines, toaster, large refrigerator, washing machine (even a laundry basket), etc.). Comfortable balcony + courtyard for children to play. Thank you very much (family with two young children).

We have decided to spend our honeymoon at Konstantinos’ place and it was the best decision we have made! He was always responsive, ready to help and understanding about our late check-in. The location is Superb, extremely beautiful, well taken care and has everything you need for your stay! It was definitely the best choice we could have made and for sure, we will come back!

Great location and a wonderful sunrise. The flat is situated at the second floor. The space is more than generous for 2 couples. The beach is also very nice with both free areas and beach bar. One of the few places in beach front that offers parking. All together, a wonderful place for a vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us Silke and Kai.

We immediately felt at home in Vaso and Ioannis' holiday apartment. The facilities are impeccable and Vaso was incredibly helpful. The large balcony, which runs around the corner, adds to the wonderful holiday feeling.

Everything was perfect!!! Nikos and Eleni were really responsive and friendly ( with really good recommendations on what to do and where to eat) The house was really clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. We didn’t have any issues with parking which was a huge plus on our side. The location is perfect you can walk to anywhere you want in Afytos Thank you for everything !!!

We had a great time at Christos’s place! He was very helpful throughout our whole stay - from providing thoughtful instructions to how to find the place to sending his brother to check on us when we couldn’t properly close the awnings at the balcony 😅 His house is 1min walk from the beach and we couldn’t dream of better location. If we could, we would have spent the whole summer there. Thanks again, Christos!

Here’s what I will write as a review: The apartment was very nice with direct access to the beach. Our host was very kind and his assistance was invaluable. The location was great and we liked having a kitchen and a washing machine. Overall great place to stay.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

the location of the house is towards the end of the island and is off the beaten track. however, the host welcomed us at a common point, so we had no problems reaching the house. Sushan and his wife gave us local advice and were very helpful with everything else. The house was very clean and really peaceful. every piece of equipment was considered. Everything was perfect except being far from the center. we thank you.

Villa had everything required for a great holiday. Ben was friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything during our stay. Patio and pool area were great with amazing views to the sea. Kitchen had everything we required during our stay and the villa was very comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We had a very good time at Themis's house. The location is very peaceful. We were greeted by her parents who were very kind and caring. The house is spacious and the outdoor space is comfortable and very well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The lady made us a great pita. Positive experience.

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. Fantastic stay! The house was cozy and clean, a real paradise to relax in. The location was perfect for exploring the city and discovering all its secrets. The service was impeccable and the hospitality was top notch. I can only highly recommend this stay to everyone! I will definitely be back!

We went on holyday for the second year @Dimitrios, this time we stayed for 2 weeks, everything was beautiful, the beaches nearby , close to Kassandra and Sithonia, close to Thessaloniki, lots of good restaurants in walking distance, also a large variety of beach bars in the area (maxim 10 min by car). Dimitrios and his wife are so friendly and helpful, we thank them for everything, especially for the sweet treats :) !!

I felt right at home at Eleni's place. It was very clean, tidy and smelled good of flowers. I enjoyed it very much. Eleni is a very neat nice lady. I'd love to come back. I highly recommend it here.
