Vacation rentals with a patio in Nea Peramos

Our stay at the house of Konstantinos was perfect, peaceful and comfortable. We enjoyed very friendly and always helpful attitude from Mrs. Aphrodite and Konstantinos from the start to the end. The feeling at the house was as if we were at home - relaxing and calm. Inside you have everything you need and the quality is great. We would definitely recommend this place and we already plan to visit it again with our kids.

Super clean, quiet and comfortable apartment, large balconies to enjoy your morning coffee. Felt just like at home. Excellent price. I fully recommend !

The stay at Thomi's was great! The apartment is great, located directly at the ferry port and very clean. We especially enjoyed the balcony. Thomi was super nice, we can definitely recommend her apartment!

The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable and cosy. We were welcomed by a tasty cake and a spotless apartment. The center is really close, still the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The beach with multiple bars is close, a 5 minute walk. Katerina and her family were warm, welcoming, and helpful and it was lovely to spend some time with them! Highly recommend!

The place looks even better in reality than it does in the pictures. The house and yard are very big and spacious, everything was super clean, well organized and well equipped. The communication was excellent, the host was super responsive and helpful all the time. We felt wonderful and would definitely come back 😊

Paris and Chryssa were very helpful, gave us a lot of information about what to go and what to see in Doxato, Drama and the surrounding area. The accommodation is clean, spacious, in very good condition and in a beautiful, quiet environment. Highly recommended

Honestly one of the best places we have stayed. House is beautiful and amazing location!! The host was very helpful, friendly and helped us in many ways with recommendations! The owners are great, really hospitable and helpful. The house has great panoramic view over the sea and garden full with flowers and treas. It was clean, functional and equipped with all kitchen necessities. Large veranda, great for lunch or dinner outside. Peaceful place, walking distance from a great public beach with crystal clear water. There plenty of other small and large beaches and several good restaurants in close proximity, while Nea Paramos is just 6 km away.

The place is great. We were two families with three kids and we had a great time. The house is very spacious, the kids played in the yard. One of the beaches is 5-6 minutes walking. Christopher is great host. He explained everything early and it was very easy for us in the house and in the area. I recommend this place to everyone. you won't regret it.

Super nice apartment, great decor, great location. Shopping, restaurants and beach are within a few minutes' walk. Perfect! We liked it very much and enjoyed the vacation. Simeon's parents live just around the corner and were always available for questions and tips, very nice and kind.

Kostas is super friendly and hospitable. He is very responsive and helpful - gave us recommendations, helpful tips and even delicious fruits. His apartment is super close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

If I could give 10 stars for Sofia’s apartment I would. Place was probably the cleanest AirBnB I’ve ever been to, it was so clean even the silverware was polished. Apartment was private and in a quiet area. Many restaurants nearby, shops and activities for kids. Sofia was extremely nice and responsive host. We had an amazing stay and we definitely will be returning.

Lovely place. Dora is amazing host, she responded very, very quickly and supported us when we have a problem. (not with the place). Very clear room and bathroom. You can park outside with no problem and free. The beach and the center (tavern, souvenirs etc) are in max 5 minutes away. Great and big supermarket in one minute.
