Nice flat, good location in Nea Kallikratia. It was very good for family with two kids. Flat is very well equiped with all that you need, kitchen also. AC is also possible but we don’t use it too much. Wifi is very good for greek appartments. Thank you!

Logement très agréable, vaste espace pour toute une famille, bien équipé. Une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer, à réellement 1mn à pied de la plage, et idéalement situé dans Perea ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Прекрасное месторасположение , есть парковочные места. Пляж , кафе, рестораны в несколькольких минутах ходьбы , при этом место немного в стороне от всех заведений и за счет этого отсутствует шум.

Fanis’ apartment is exceptional. Located in a quiet area, it’s just a short walk from the sea and the main street of Nea Michaniona, where you can find various tavernas, restaurants, and small shops. The house has been carefully renovated, it’s spacious, has a lovely terrace, and is spotlessly clean. Everything you might need for your stay is provided: I think it was one of the best-equipped apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Fanis is a friendly and kind host. Not only did he welcome us in person, but he also left everything needed for coffee, some snacks, and refreshments in the fridge. The apartment is perfect for remote work, as a base to explore the surrounding areas, and perfect for kite surfing lovers, since it’s just a few kilometers from Angelochori/Riviera Beach Bar, where thermal wind picks up every afternoon. We highly recommend Fanis’ place to anyone looking for a home-like stay in a part of Greece that’s perfect for tranquil, relaxing holidays.

Einfach nur WOW!! Wenn man auf der Suche nach einer spektakulären Wohnung und einer herzlichen Gastgeberin ist, dann ist man dort genau richtig!! Ich habe keine Worte für die Qualitäten von Tina als Gastgeberin!! Und von der Unterkunft ganz zu schweigen.. einfach toll dieser Ausblick!!

Gemütliche Wohnung wie auf den Bildern. Sehr schöner großer Balkon mit elektrischer Markise. Blick über die Stadt. Nicht ganz ruhig, liegt direkt an der Straße. Man hat aber alles in der Nähe und immer etwas zu gucken. Große Küche, in der ich aber einen Wasserkocher und einen Frapeemixer vermisst habe.

Olga was a great host, was quick to respond and had great recommendations for the surrounding areas. The apartment had everything we needed and even more, like games, cards and an umbrella we could take to the beach. It was an overall great experience

For anyone considering booking, read this: This was one of the best Airbnb's I've ever been! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give 11! :) Best value! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Upon arrival our flight was delayed and therefore we arrived late in the evening around 10pm. Nikoletta was very flexible and waited patiently for us to greet us and show us everything. When we came, there was a nice present on the table for us with greek wine, chocolates, local sweets. The place was even bigger and more beautiful than pictures could show: enough space for 8 people and a toddler. During our stay we didn't miss a thing, literally everything we could ever need was available: beach towels, dishwasher (love it!), shower gel, toys for the kids, a huge dining table for many people, pizza oven AND barbecue, a full on library of German books, even pens and paper was available.. Really beautiful surrounding, close beach, quiet area, nice restaurants. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

Ο Διονύσης ήταν ιδιαίτερα επικοινωνιακός οποιαδήποτε ώρα και στιγμή χρειάστηκε. Ο χώρος του ανταποκρινόταν ακριβώς στην περιγραφή. Υπήρχε ηρεμία, ο σκύλος μας ήταν ευπρόσδεκτος, εύκολο parking και σίγουρα σε μια επόμενη επίσκεψη στην περιοχή θα προτιμήσω τον χώρο αυτόν. Ευχαριστούμε θερμά για την φιλοξενία!

Alles war absolut brillant!! Das Haus ist unglaublich schön, hat eine schöne Lage und alles, was du benötigst. Es ist alles picobello sauber im Haus. Bequemer und ein großes Bett. We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

Dear future travelers I had the privilege of staying at Yanis' wonderful Airbnb in Makrinitza Village during a massive thunderstorm in Greece, and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Yanis truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort during those challenging days. Not only did Yanis provide us with essential supplies like food, water, and gas when we were stranded, but he also made us feel secure in potentially dangerous situation. His warm hospitality and genuine concern for our well-being were truly remarkable. The house itself was a gem. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine people, it offered breathtaking views of the city of Volos. Even amidst the storm, the scenery was awe-inspiring. I whole heartedly recommend Yanis as a host for your stay in Makrinitza Village. His kindness, generosity, and the quality of his property will make your trip to Greece Unforgettable experience. First of all if the host is terrible then it doesn't matter what the house/town looks like. Thankfully this is not the case as Yannis is extremely friendly, helpful, cooperative and at the same time non-intrusive. Plus the small handmade gifts make you feel you stayed at a friend. Then is the house which is as described. You have absolutely everything you need to feel like home. Plus is the closed parking place and the own garden with two tables with total 10 chairs! And all this is located in very peaceful and quiet part of a small village with a clean water beach. If I have to be picky the only negatives are the unclean sand (due to lack of many beach bars to clean it I suppose) and limited number of restaurants although even the present ones are still good enough. Overall we are very satisfied with our choice of Yannis house.

I travel a lot. This trip was the best because I traveled with friends, in the best house. The location is fantastic, the environment is fantastic, the greenery, everything in this house is fantastic. You feel like at home. We enjoyed it. Kurz und knapp: absolut großartig! Paraskevi und ihr Mann sind wundervolle Gastgeber und quasi das i-Tüpfelchen zur traumschönen und topsauberen Immobilie. Familiär, herzlich, offen wird man hier empfangen und fühlt sich wirklich gleich wie Zuhause. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend und lädt zum verweilen ein. Ein sehr schöner Strandabschnitt ist mit dem Auto superschnell erreichbar. Hier gibt es Liegen gegen ein Getränk. Der Weg zur Promenade mit vielen guten Tavernen ist ebenfalls kurz. Ich wäre sehr gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher von mir eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmals tausend Dank für die schöne Zeit!

That place is absolute hidden paradise with gorgeous and unforgettable views from the balcony I would dare to say , the pictures on Airbnb site does not really represent the astonishing 180 degrees panorama so the only thing you need to do is to verify my words by booking the apartment, there will be no slim chance to get disappointed The spot is between 2 small villages which is top to my standards , quite and peaceful and only 3-4 kilometres from everything you would possibly need - fruit& vegetable stores , fresh fish & shellfish, bakery etc There are of course ultimate beaches around and 1.25-2h to all Halkidiki fingers by car Another host of Airbnb who undoubtedly increase the standards and put its rating to highest level Thank you !

Καθαρός και περιποιημένος χώρος!

Dit was de beste ervaring die we ooit hebben gehad op Airbnb! Zowel het logement als de host waren absoluut fantastisch. Het huisje is erg nieuw en heeft alles wat je maar kunt wensen. De douche heeft een hoge druk stand en is relaxerend, de ruimte is erg gezellig ingericht en de TV is magnifiek en van hoge kwaliteit. Bovendien is de locatie ook buiten de grote drukte van het centrum van Peraia en ligt er een gezellig strandje net voor de deur. Het verblijf heeft er een topvakantie van gemaakt voor mij en mijn vriendin. Vasiliki was super behulpzaam en heeft ons top suggesties gegeven. We hopen zeker nog eens terug te komen! :)

Μείναμε 3 άτομα, το σπίτι πολύ άνετο και καθαρό, ήσυχη πολυκατοικία και περιοχή, το πάρκινγκ εύκολα προσβάσιμο και στεγασμένο. Κοντά στη περιοχή υπάρχει μάρκετ, παιδότοπος, πάρκο και εκκλησία, έχει και κανα δυο καφετέριες. Το σπίτι απέχει 6 λεπτά απο το Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας, αυτό ηταν πολύ χρήσιμο. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός, μας πρότεινε και μαγαζιά στη Λάρισα και μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει νετφλιξ που μπορούσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε. Γενικά όλα ήταν ευχάριστα και νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας, θα το ξαναπρπτιμήσουμε!
