Vacation rentals with a patio in Nea Ionia

Fantastic stay in Athens! We loved staying in Grace’s apartment, we arrived during the middle of the night, followed the instructions provided for an easy self check in, the apartment was very clean, cosy & comfortable! We felt right at home, safe and secure. Had everything you needed and felt so relaxed here. Local neighbourhood was quiet, mostly locals, 10 minute walk to Sepolia metro which gets you into the centre of Athens in less than 10 minutes. Easy self-check out process too. Grace was an excellent host, although we didn’t meet her, gave a quick response to messages and gave local recommendations. We would definitely recommend staying at Grace’s apartment.

We had a great time in this apartment! Beautifully designed space with an amazing view of Athens. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use! Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with - loved this place! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Excellent place in a good area in Athens ! The apartment is very clean, big and nicely designed. The area is very good with very easy access to the center, metro and many other points of interest. Right next to coffee and breakfast places (mpougatsa thessalonikis for proper pastry lovers). Amazing and very reaponsive hosts that also arrange airport transfers !

We had a great time during our stay! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive any time we had a question or small issue, they were quick to help and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The location was okay and felt safe, and it wasn’t too far from the town or the places we wanted to visit, which made getting around easy. The place was very clean and well looked after, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like laundry capsules and the ability to do our laundry with no issues. Overall, we had a really positive experience and would highly recommend this stay to others.

We had a great time. Nice balkony you could relax in a nice atmosphere with a god view to Athen. Little bit long to go to the city centre, but this was really no problem. On the way down and up you have a lot of shops and cafés. You can go by buss as well. Communication with the host was easy. The bed was very god. Very clean and nice apartment. 😀🌿🌷

Where can I even start? Ioannis was absolutely amazing! Helped with everything. Couldn’t ask for a better host! His place is stunning, modern and with a lovely balcony ideal to spend chill evenings at. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Athens because the location is truly great. Two minute walk to Lidl and like two minutes more to get to train station with two lines of trains. There are lovely and affordable restaurants in walkable distance. Truly everything you could ever want out of a AirBnb.

Saubere Wohnung mit schöner Dachterrasse. Perfekte Lage mit guter Verbindung ins Zentrum und an den Flughafen und viele gute Kaffees und Restaurants in der nähe.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was very comfortable and easily accessible to Athens sites while offering a bit more quiet than the busier tourist areas. We enjoyed an evening on the terrace taking in a typical Athenian Thursday evening. Georgios and the team were incredibly helpful and responsive. Fabulous stay!

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

L’alloggio di Christos è ben curato e corrisponde alle foto che ha pubblicato. Si dorme bene sia per la comodità del letto che per la tranquillità della zona che sebbene un pochino distante dalle vie principali (15’-20’ a piedi) è sicura. Christos è super disponibile (ad esempio ci ha fornito un paio di asciugamani in più) e risponde velocissimo ad ogni esigenza. Consigliato!

Exactly what we needed.

We were only at Clara’s property for one night on our way to the islands but it was perfect for what we needed. There was a bus from the airport that stopped right nearby and a short drive to the port the next day. Clara was very responsive through the process for any questions we had prior to our arrival.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

We had a great time here! Panayotis was very helpful, and had lots of recommendations! We stayed here the night before our ferry to the islands and it made for a very convenient trip in the morning. We grabbed dinner to-go and enjoyed it on the rooftop deck (for sure a highlight of our trip, and a memory we will have forever!). The only hiccup we had was finding the apartment on our way in. Although I think that was more our fault and not the host’s. Just a heads up if you decide to book I would definitely take them up on their offer to pick you up or take a taxi. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here! ☺️

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

This was such a great place to stay!! So clean, peaceful, and private! The views were breathtaking! WHAT a picturesque sunset going down in the mountains! The best! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks to Nikos for being an absolutely amazing host!

Our family loved our stay at the Airbnb. Anastassia and her father were warm and welcoming. They met us on arrival, gave us a tour, and explained everything clearly. Pavlo even brought us refreshments afterward—top-notch hospitality! The place was clean, well-kept, and in a perfect location close to everything. The balcony was a favorite spot where we relaxed, watched the sunrise and sunset, and enjoyed the view together.

We stayed 3 nights in this Airbnb. First of all, we would like to thank Kostis for the clear explanation about the use of the Airbnb and the incredibly quick responses to our questions. The airbnb is clean, modern and cozy. So highly recommended. A plus is also that you can reach the Metxourghio metro station within a 5-minute walk and thus easily visit all the hotspots of Athens.

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.

L'appartement était parfait! Il correspondait complètement à nos attentes (à moi et mon compagnon). On est restés deux nuits, mais l'appartement a absolument tout le nécessaire pour un long séjour. La terrasse est encore plus ample que sur les photos et les vues sont très belles (très agréable le soir, après une balade sous le soleil). Aussi, il y a plein de bonnes tavernes, des cafés et des bars très proches. L'arrêt de métro Kerameikos est à 5 minutes à pied et il est direct depuis l'aéroport. Notre hôte était vraiment sympathique et accueillant. Comme il n'y avait pas eu de location avant nous, nous avons pu faire le check-in plus tôt et il a pensé à allumer l'air conditionné 2 heures avant notre arrivée, par un jour de très fortes chaleurs. Ce sont des détails que nous avons apprécié énormément et qui ont rendu notre voyage encore plus agréable. Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse pour nos prochains voyages à Athènes. The place is wonderful, the location is AMAZING, VERY quiet, host communication was spot on by the host and Athens was amazing. We will definitely be back!
