The location was the best, with the beach in less than a minute of walking. The room was also very neat and tidy, a bit smaller than expected. Apart from that, everything else was great!

The place is extraordinary, with great stuff, exceptionally clean rooms, perfect location right on the beach and a good variety of breakfast choices. Definitely worth the money!

Great views, lovely and clean room. Artemis was lovely and accommodating, will definitely stay with her again.

a 15 minute walk from the agia Anna beach is very nice but it was like playing an intense game of frogger. beds were comfy and host was so kind making this such a great value. we liked oregano house and goat in a boat restaurants nearby and yucca beach bar bar was our favorite. simple amenities just enough to put waters in the fridge for a day at the beach. agia Anna is my favorite part of Naxos and hotel kapari is a great place to stay

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location. Il y avait de bons restaurants de spécialités grecques à proximité et plusieurs plages accessibles à pied. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés il y avait déjà tout ce qu'il faut pour les petits déjeuners, du pain, du beurre, des fruits du miel et même un gâteau maison. Il est préférable de louer une voiture si vous souhaitez vous déplacer plus facilement pour visiter l'ile.

very nice apartments in a beautiful area and a wonderful view from the balcony! to the beach its around 10 minutes walk, the supermarket is not far. the zanneta hosts are super friendly and will always help you. would definitely come back!

Maroula and the staff at Kedros are "Master hosts" no request or question was too too difficult and the staff at Kedros Villas accommodated us almost every single day of our stay, Kedros Villas kindly assisted in making a phone call to the rental car provider that I booked through as the car was not suitable to drive. Kedros Villas assisted with any kitchen items I requested for the kitchen above and beyond what was already provided. the clean staff were flexible every single day and were able to accommodate our varied Schedule to clean at different times every day we were there. Kedros Villas gave me a welcome call the day before to welcome myself and ask if I needed any assistance on the day of arrival to get to Kedros Villas. Kedros Villas was able to assist after we left by running an item we left by behind (deliver to our next hotel 5km away) the villas are super relaxed and Maroula is available to assist whenever needed, we felt right at home here ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

The Space is located in a calm area, central to Drive to all the parts of the island. It had nature surroundings and an amazing balcony with views. The host does its best to give recommendations depending on your interest and was always available. Thanks for hosting us! 😌

My husband, sister in law & I can’t thank Maroula, her mother & staff enough for hosting us on our 5 night stay at Kedros Villas. We felt the warmth of her family & staff for us as we explained we had left the US just as Hurricane Helene came inland and devastated our area of western NC & SC. Our Memories of Kedros Villas & on the Island of Naxos will continue to make our Greece adventure shine even through all the worry we were experiencing. Maroula even brought the loveliest flowers to us for our villa! We hope to return someday for the beauty, food, warmth & kindness we experienced during our stay on Nexos & with Maroula, her mother & staff. Maroula was great for information about the island. Her knowledge of her homeland was very appreciated and I enjoyed all her recommendations. I got to experience the local villages not just the tourist spots. I loved the villa and the property. It was beautiful. I would definitely be back!

We had an excellent stay at Kedros Villas! Maroula and Anastasia were wonderful hosts, and were always informative, responsive, helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast was delicious, with a variety of cooked to order options and beautiful home made pastries and desserts. The house had what we needed for cooking, and was supplied with salt/pepper, paper products, and nice soaps, etc. The daily maid service was a huge help, and laundry service was available for a small charge. The location was great, as it was near the airport, town/port, and one of the best beaches — but also tucked away enough to where it felt private. It was a little early in the season (cold) for us to enjoy the lovely pool, but the grounds are gorgeously maintained and has a sweet playground for kids. We highly recommend staying here, and will come back if we are ever in Naxos again!

Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, multiple restaurants, bars and shops. Also around the corner from a local rental car/atv/scooter place if you are wanting to explore more of the island. Location and hospitality are unmatched. Ody and his family were extremely nice, quick to respond and had so many recommendations that helped make our trip amazing.

Entusiasta per l’ospitalità e la gentilezza di Giorgio e di sua moglie, gestiscono alcuni appartamenti in un piccolo complesso di case con giardino a disposizione degli ospiti. Il nostro alloggio (il numero 6), era delle giuste dimensioni per una famiglia con 2 bambini. L’angolo cottura è piccolino ma accessoriato, forse il tavolo (per mangiare in casa) è un po’ ridotto, ma compensa quello posto sul terrazzino, dove si pranza sotto la buganville con vista sul mare. Il bagno è di recente e curata ristrutturazione, l’arredamento della camera da letto è elegante e delicato. Lo stesso stile è per i letti singoli, posti in soggiorno: l’ambiente è diviso da un separè, e i bimbi sono stati benissimo comunque. Estremamente pulito, il servizio quotidiano era ineccepibile, sia per l’accortezza sia per la discrezione. Posizione perfetta. Sulla spiaggia (il cancello è a due metri dal mare), a metà strada tra il centro di Alyki e la spiaggia ad ovest (un po’ ventosa ma splendida), in cinque minuti si raggiungono i migliori ristoranti e il mini market. A disposizione della clientela c’era un ombrellone e delle sdraio da portare, volendo, in spiaggia. Un luogo di pace e puro relax!!
