Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic place and a great host. Very spacious and in a great location. Within 8 to 10 minutes walk you have options for pretty much everything.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Rozana und Cristobal sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Es gibt allerdings kein zweites Schlafzimmer sondern lediglich ein durch Vorhänge vom Wohn-Essbereich abgetrennten Bereich für eine Person. Für uns war das aber ok. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer genossen. Unterkunft ist ca. 30min. von Valencia entfernt. Sehr toll auch die Stände der lokalen Bauern auf dem Weg. Hier konnen wir erntefrisches Obst und Gemüse erstehen. Sehr schmackhaft. Danke nochmal Rozana und Cristobal. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Jose took the time to check us in and show us around , msg us recommendations and generally felt if we needed anything he’d be happy to help . The place was perfect and situated just right from beach to shops to travel . All in all spot on definitely stdy again Thankyou Jose

Eugenia was fast to respond, accommodating and the place was close to the beach and a couple stations by which we could get to the centre in no time.

If I could give this place six stars, I would, and one extra just for Carmen’s smile alone. Staying at this Airbnb in Valencia felt less like booking a vacation rental and more like being lovingly adopted by the city itself. Let’s start with the location: perfection. You’re basically neighbors with the Mercat Central, which means every morning smells like fresh oranges and baked bread, and you’re steps away from all the magic; tapas bars, historic sights, and enough charming alleyways to get happily lost in at least once a day. Now, the apartment. Gorgeous. Bright, clean, full of character, and clearly designed by someone who loves the city and wants you to fall in love with it too. The kind of space that makes you pause mid-trip and say, “Do we have to go home?” But the real soul of this stay is Carmen. She’s not just a host, she’s a fairy godmother with Google Maps. Amparo ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Sie war immer ansprechbar und hat auf Nachrichten schnell reagiert. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir Wasser, Brot, Orangen und Wassermelone vor. Kaffee, Tee und Marmelade waren auch vorhanden, so dass wir nicht mehr viel einkaufen mussten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und so wie beschrieben. Amparo war sehr freundlich und hat uns Tipps für die Stadt gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten wiederkommen. Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist fantastisch, es fehlte an nichts. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und im Bad gab es Duschgel, Shampoo und Spülung.

This is a beautiful apartment suitable for 4 people. The location is absolutely perfect and has a lovely balcony with a gorgeous view on to the street and of the Torres de Serranos. The apartment was spacious and clean. Our only problem was that there was only one set of keys and for four of us this was problematic especially as the key is also used to power the electrics. However we communicated this to the company and they managed to get us a second key by the third day.

I had a great stay! The place was more than I needed: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, right between the beach and the city center, making it easy to enjoy both. Would definitely come back!

Sehr schöne, zentrale Unterkunft mit direktem Blick auf die Serranos Türme. Rundherum ist alles gut zu erreichen, der Strand ist 30min mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und schön eingeräumt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen :)

Erg leuk verblijf. Een top locatie. Al ben je een lage Nederlander moet je even rekening houden met een kleine douche. Verder echt een super verblijf gehad!

Een prachtig en schoon appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief handige voorzieningen voor een kind. De ligging is centraal, wat ideaal is. De communicatie met de host verliep uitstekend. We zijn erg blij dat we voor dit appartement hebben gekozen.

The location of this property is 10/10. Located in the centre of the old town, surrounded by beautiful squares, restaurants, coffee shops, and winding streets, chapels and the incredible covered food market, just around the corner. The apartment is spotlessly, clean, comfortable, and the roof terrace is a real added bonus. Due to the design of the property, each room is on a separate floor, so if you are infirm in any way, this would present problems. I would absolutely stay again. and recommend to friends

This was such a wonderful experience! The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained — a perfect home away from home. Carmen was an incredibly loving and caring host who made us feel truly welcomed. The location was great too — walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants, and just a short bus ride to the beach. Overall, a fantastic stay that we’ll always remember!

Patricia antwortet sehr schnell und kümmert sich sehr um Ihre Gäste. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man benötigt. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Wohnung vom Flughafen aus gut mit der Metro. Der Hafen, der Strand und das oceanografic sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten uns Fahrräder geliehen, damit ist man sehr schnell an den wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Bushaltestelle ist aber auch direkt vor der Tür.

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

Carla fue muy atenta y amable y nos dio una cálida bienvenida. El apartamento mejor aún que lo que se veía en las fotos, estaba decorado con muy buen gusto, impecablemente limpio y tenía todo los necesario. La zona es muy tranquila y bonita para relajarse y descansar cerca del mar. Super recomendable y esperamos poder repetir en cuanto podamos.

I can completely recommend this apartment. From its new build to the efforts the owners put in on the small details to ensure you walked into a perfectly presented place to spend valuable vacation time. They took time out to welcome us and were considerate and responsive when questions asked. Beach access and walkable restaurants is within easy access . I noted the neatness and care and attention taken in the arrangement of the facilities. Also the welcome bowl of fruit, water in fridge and coffee/biscuits that were left for us. For those who want to mix restaurant eating and self catering, there is a supermarket in walking distance to stock up if needed . Would be happy to return to same place when visiting Valencia again in the future

Apartamento impecável e 100% funcional. Estava tudo muito limpo e o apartamento é ainda melhor do que nas fotos. Eva foi muito solicita, me deixou fazer o check in mais cedo e respondia com agilidade. O apartamento tem todos os utensílios e amenidades disponíveis e tudo estava funcionando muito bem. Localização excelente! Voltaria com certeza!

Nuestra experiencia en casa de Patricia fue excelente desde el primer momento. La comunicación fue rápida, clara y muy amable. Al llegar, el lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, tal como se mostraba en las fotos, y con detalles que demuestran el cariño y la dedicación con que Patricia cuida a sus huéspedes. La ubicación era ideal, tranquila pero con todo lo necesario cerca. Además, Patricia fue siempre atenta y dispuesta a ayudarnos con recomendaciones locales, lo cual hizo nuestra visita aún más especial. Our stay in Erick’s place was great as the place was exactly as described. The apartment was perfectly clean, and had everything we would need. The location is also perfect; we could reach to the beach by 3 mins walk. During our check-out, he was also kind enough to drop us at the metro station which we could take directly to the airport. We’ll definitely visit again and would 100% recommend the place 🙏
