Die Vermieterin wohnt im selben Haus. Die optimale Lage beim idyllischen Naturschutzgebiet "Völsersee" überzeugt auch durch die nahe Lage an das abwechslungsreiche Stadtleben Innsbrucks. Wer sich in den Bergen und der Natur wohl fühlt, die Stadt aber nicht missen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. Die Wohnung bietet 35qm in sonniger Lage mit Sonnenterrasse, welche gerne zum Entspannen genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist 10 Autominuten vom Skigebiet Axamer Lizum entfernt und 20 Autominuten fährt man nach Innsbruck. Da es keinen Supermarkt gibt, ist es am Besten beim Supermarkt "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen) stehen zu bleiben.
